This 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom sanctuary is nestled in sweet water park right above the golf course with plenty of privacy. Large driveway with ample parking space, including room for a boat, snowmobiles, razors or trailer parking. In Winter, this is a short 20 mins drive to Beaver Mtn Ski Resort!!A master bedroom with its own private deck and separate tub and shower. Instant access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Our cabin is equipped with high-speed internet, flat screen tv's, washer & dryer, gas fireplace, kids play area, and bunk beds. Enjoy viewing the frequent wildlife from the spacious double deck and unwind in the comfortable family room in front of the fireplace while enjoying the beautiful views of Bear Lake. Luxurious feel and perfectly situated, minutes away from the water and restaurants. All furniture and linens are new. It comfortably sleeps 6-8 adults and 6 kids.
