Only two streets away from the local hospital, it's also ideal for traveling nurses. Enjoy easy access to a nearby park, beach, and all essential services, making this the perfect spot for both work and leisure. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with dedicated spaces for working, entertainment, and even yoga. The living room opens up to a screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying the warmer seasons.
