Room is very clean, beach front and amenities are complete. If you want privacy, this is the place to go. Staff are attentive especially Paul, Nilo and Joy. Our 4th time to book his place when in Puerto Galera.

酒店外觀很好，房間設施就很陳舊了，不如國內快捷酒店，製冷靠風扇 窗式空調，冰箱聲音比較大。木板地，如果隔壁有人走動，枕頭會感覺震動。還有就是酒店內的油煙味比較難受！酒店的位置還是不錯的，一出來就是海灘，比較舒服，就是酒店內的設施真一般，不過在那島上的酒店估計也差不多了。

我們和 10 個朋友一起住在這家飯店，我們非常喜歡在這裡的每一分鐘。完美的房間、優越的地理位置和美味的食物。總而言之，作為單身或朋友和家人居住的地方，這是一個非常好的選擇。

這家酒店很新,有點不方便。它在山上高,步行不太方便,因爲主要道路工程使路線複雜,也減緩了交通的上下。雖然距離主要的薩邦地區只有10分鐘的路程(爬下來),但爬上去使它不愉快,不方便,無論是步行還是在車輛上。房間簡單,設施有限(沒有冰箱或電視),與該地區其他酒店相比價格沒有競爭力。早餐是垃圾郵件和米飯。游泳池區不歡迎(暴露和裸露的傢俱)。服務和支持是愉快的,但最小。當我們入住時,這個地方是空的,有點悲傷(儘管小鎮很忙)。我們很高興離開。 我認爲這個地方需要發展,是一個正在進行中的工作,當準備好的時候,它可能是很好的,但還沒有。

這個價錢住到正真古堡是非常值得體驗的。床非常舒適，房間古董陳設美麗，古堡本身也是一個值得參觀的景點。位置在絕對中心，去哪裡都方便。跟住缺點也很明顯，房間設施有修維護失當的情況。我們分開訂了四個晚上，一開始被安排在二樓，對着餐廳後廚，完全無採光，房間充滿油煙，下水堵塞，根本不適合居住。屢次向前台抗議之後第三晚才住到了高一層的房間，在價格一樣的情況下，二樓和三樓房間條件差別非常之大。一定要詢問清楚不要安排在二樓，否則會得到完全和圖片不一樣的暗房。

這次住宿是位於沙邦山上的一棟美麗的小屋。需要通過狹窄的樓梯才能到達。如果你的膝蓋不好或有很多行李，那就很難到達。然而，在日出和日落時，小屋的景色令人驚嘆，俯瞰著水面。如果您想要和平與安靜，它提供了很多隱私，並且可以遠離木板路/碼頭區域。房間裡的無線網路很好，有空調，廁所和淋浴是分開的。工作人員非常熱情和樂於助人。我建議在房間裡購買早餐，因為它很棒。他們提供西式和菲律賓式早餐。總的來說，如果你能管理好在那裡的徒步旅行的話，這是一次很棒的住宿。

性價比高，五一假期期間價格便宜。內部衛生還好，毛巾等用品脫毛，牙膏牙刷洗髮水都是收費的，最好自己帶。離海邊很近，步行3分鐘，旁邊潛水俱樂部很多。周邊餐飲也可以，韓國餐廳還不錯。

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
