為自己的選擇點贊。到亞庇住艾美就是為了度假的。不是出去玩的。因為酒店的俱樂部房能使用俱樂部景色太美，就是來看日落和拍照的。去紅樹林沙灘日落拍過了，所以不定香格里拉，香格里拉也是沙灘，而且外面的人太多。這裏衹有訂了俱樂部房的人能擁有無敵日落海景。而且俱樂部酒廊有下午茶，但品種不多，沒吉隆坡盛貿的下午茶好。不過俱樂部酒廊的美景值了。送雞尾酒。自助晚餐也是免費的。不過品種不是很豐富，有點像早餐。樓下的早餐相當豐富相當贊哦。旁邊的菲律賓市場當地人都不建議去。泳池和健身房也可以使用，三個人給加床了。入住體驗很好。

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

大堂區有至少一個會中文的，可能在前台可能在迎賓，不會英語也無障礙的。酒店乾淨整潔，床又大又軟，躺了就不想起來。每天客房服務都會補冰箱飲品（拉茶拉咖啡都有股草葯味，如果不那麼甜我應該會超喜歡！） 我的園景房，門口是庭院的小池塘，陽台隔了個嬉水樂園就是大海，四捨五入就是海景房了！不過也就因為有個嬉水樂園白天回蕩的都是小孩子的歡聲笑語，有億點熱鬧。設施沒有網友説的那麼老到不堪，還挺正常的。整體十分滿意！（介意水質的記得自帶過濾花灑，替換很方便） 香宮好吃！！！揚州炒飯可以！焦糖布丁可以！超級好吃！比吃早餐的那家餐廳的正餐做的焦糖布丁好吃。 早飯種類豐富，外面還有三個亭子做吃的喝的，味道不錯。早餐階段也有供應山竹（但是根本搶不到，盆子還沒上餐枱，服務員端在手裡呢就被搶光了）如果坐在外面還能看見好多小鳥來桌子椅子上覓食。 酒店就是看日落的好地方，有比較小的一塊沙灘，有沙灘椅，可以免費躺着看日落，也很漂亮。 日落酒吧和浪漫海濱晚餐需要提前預訂，要早！！！酒吧的預訂櫃枱十點上班，我們十點問的，結果當天都沒有座位了。浪漫海濱晚餐需要提前48h預約。想在好地方看日落的一定記得提前預約！還有很多人在槳板（？應該是吧）上漂在海上看日落，感覺也好棒（不過沒有了解） 按摩如果是為了哪裡不舒服去按的話有點不值當的，建議回國再按。如果是為了做個spa放鬆，倒是可以體驗一下

被安排入住 1283號房，房型 corner room with balcony. 可以望到日落景。另外預訂呢個房型可以有lounge access. 5-7pm 可以有snacks and wine, cocktail. 15樓M club 都係有日落景。入住感覺好chill。距離handicraft market 大約10分鐘路程，酒店附近都有唔少酒吧，餐廳，按摩店。酒店唯一不足係距離機場好近，不時聽到航班嘈音。

總的來說,我們2-night入住凱悅中心KK很舒服,放鬆。大堂n頂樓休息室氛圍極好平靜的感覺。房間寬敞n乾淨,日落海景很美。我們特別喜歡帶坐椅的浴室爲喜歡坐n淋浴的客人提供體貼的設計。餐廳工作人員非常禮貌,樂於助人。酒店位置優越,就在沙巴蘇里亞購物中心對面,所以如果你想在外面吃飯或購物,很方便...

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

先説優點，這次兩家亞庇的香格里拉酒店都入住了。如果僅考慮沙灘、海水、游泳、度假的話，莎莉雅的性價比要更高一些，人少景美。這次訂的套餐是含早、晚自助餐。入住第一天是海鮮之夜的自助，第二天晚上就換成當地風味菜餚偏多的自助，食品豐富超我的預期。酒店有接駁班車免費市區接送，我們開始不知道，自己打Crab到酒店還花了100多馬幣。酒店提供的娛樂項目很多，例如叢林探險、觀鳥等等，不過都需要額外付費，而且這裏沒有能講中文的員工。房間乾淨，床軟硬舒適，枕頭也舒服。衞生間沒有淋浴房，淋浴需要站在浴缸裏。房間服務響應有點慢，我們要兩瓶水送房間等了將近兩個小時，又催了一次才送來，感覺要放鬆心態慢慢等才能保持心情愉悦。

住的家庭海景房，照片是窗口看出去的景色。窗口可以看到晚霞。房間很寬敞，有沙發，有圓桌配2椅子，房間有洗碗池和整理台。相對來説衞生間就不大，沒有完全乾濕分離。兩台空調，冷氣很足。WIFIOK。6樓泳池很不錯，有小童池，看落日晚霞角度更寬更美。泳池區也有休閑區，可以幾個人坐下來喝東西（自帶）聊聊天。 酒店對面有大型超市，在負一層。商場（比較舊）一樓有ATM，商場另一面出去就是榴蓮夜市（天橋下），晚上才開。 酒店大門出來左轉（同一棟樓）新開的發記魚雜店，應該是很出名那家開的新店，很好吃。 周圍早餐我就沒發現很好的。左邊中央市場二樓有食鋪，買的餐食就類似中國買快餐，一大盤一大盤做好的菜，有炸魚，炸雞，炒菜，等等，那些黑乎乎的肉類就難以分辨，主食有米飯，炒粉，炒麪等，按選的菜和主食計算價格。貌似這邊早餐和中餐都是這麼吃。我在過了榴蓮夜市那邊的市場（雜貨，服裝批發等）發現一家餐廳，主打也是那種快餐，但有西式的早餐，吐司，三明治那些，我在那裡買的早餐。其實發記也可以吃早餐，粉面啥的。 中央市場有很多水果賣，榴蓮夜市也有，山竹啥的，價格都不貴。榴蓮價格就自己判斷啦。 酒店出來右手邊過馬路是城市廣場（？）我們週末到的，有夜市，很多攤子，吃吃喝喝的，還有現場樂隊。 沒有前台，服務人員現在用微信了（英文溝通），還是方便的。一樓大門門口交接房卡和游泳層門卡。飲用水是一大玻璃瓶，2人勉強夠吧，我們在對面超市買了大瓶水補充。微信通知清垃圾桶和補充水，讓我們放在門外，他們過來換新，不進門。衹住了兩天，不知道有沒有房間清潔服務。我們沒有要求。 走的時候讓我直接把房卡放房間了，我本來都到一樓了，衹能再上去一趟放。 遺憾後面幾天的酒店不能取消，不然想繼續住。

這是我們在亞庇的第二家酒店，看到網上評價説不錯，就選擇了！酒店的地理位置，硬件設施，環境都沒得説，絕對物超所值！可以在在酒店裡玩上幾天！海邊的浮潛，可以看到好多好多魚，還有珊瑚（雖然大部分都是死的），還有好多海膽！這個是遠超預期的！如果你是奔着海邊浮潛看魚的話，來這裏準沒錯！不過，我還是有一些吐槽的點，首先這個酒店韓國人非常多，如果介意的話，可以選擇其他的啦！這個到還好。我不能忍受的事，房間的硬件設施，我們訂了兩間房，兩個保險櫃都是壞的，另外我的那間房還鎖不上房門！我叫了服務人員和工程師，來了幫我把門修好了，但是到最後，兩個保險櫃也沒有修好，知道我離店！但是，要説的是服務人員和工程師的態度非常好，也一直在陪着我！但是在這個問題上我還是花了將近一個小時，浪費了時間！另外，前台辦理入住的效率有待提高，還是有些慢的！暫時先説這麼多了，總之，如果是奔着海景，泳池，浮潛，這個酒店還是值得的！要是奔着前台服務，酒店裡的硬件設施，還是謹慎選擇的好！

度假村看了好幾個，最後選擇了麥哲倫俱樂部房型，有小型沙灘，距離市區距離ok等綜合因素。 出發前網上的評論褒貶不一，各種心理建設操碎了心 結果，不踩雷啊！！ 1️⃣樓層&房間 俱樂部前台在酒店一樓，打車到了二樓大堂直接走到盡頭下去一樓。 提前一週發了郵件，説明帶娃出行，希望可以分配到:高樓層、大床房 check in當天1點到，也和前台小哥哥再次重複並新增看海的需求。最終分配到6454。 高樓層，大床，海景（部分）通通滿足✅沒有黴味，衞生ok，各種設施也正常✅ 相比全海景，孩子更愛爬飄窗看這個一半海一半園景 2️⃣俱樂部權益 如圖11，🍳早餐（8）可以在俱樂部酒廊用餐，避免擠擠擠，除了少量的自助取餐，還可以下單。其實還蠻豐富 ☕️晚間茶點（9-10）6點會滿坐，除了茶點和飲品，廚房現制的肉類會隨桌派發，基本可以吃飽 🍹全天還有不限次供應軟飲，太太太適合帶娃（但是飲品都齁甜而且色的色素嚴重，不如國內的飲品） 👔洗衣服務沒有使用（個人覺得不乾淨） 3️⃣小型沙灘 連續兩天都是插了紅色🚩旗子，不允許浮潛。 但是發現早上基本不管，家長會帶孩子玩一下，下午會管的比較嚴，不能浮潛，沙子粗的一言難盡❌ 4️⃣碼頭 酒店有一個自帶碼頭，碼頭周邊非常多的海膽，水母🪼，每天傍晚來走走，小朋友看的超級開心 跳島也非常方便，一個島70，兩個85。雖然價格貴過其他碼頭，但是花錢買方便吧，直接泳衣出行，反正下了船就到酒店🏨✅ 5️⃣服務 的確看了很多評論，説會有歧視。我是一個對服務態度比較敏感的人。但我們很幸運，住了2晚，碰到的服務人員都還不錯噢✅ 不過房間第二天並沒有主動清潔，下午我們在俱樂部前台溝通後，馬上小姐姐就安排人做了清潔，雖然反應很快。但收拾的很潦草，衞生間的洗浴用品也沒有補充❌ 總體來説，這次入住麥哲倫感受還是非常不錯的，🌅非常美，酒店也很美，娃非常的開心！麥哲倫韓國人的確很多，但中國人也不少哈哈 🔔酒店3點才能入住，所以不要卡點去辦入住，不然可能真的沒有好房型
