We got a warm welcome and an upgrade to a suite with cityview - the strongest point of this hotel is definitely tne friendliness of its staff, from the valet & reception desk team, the food & beverage manager to the facility team with Mohamed unes & Ibrahim, the all go the extra mile for their guests - an adress to stay when in Amman - one tip: if you get offered a welcome coffee you have to twist your cup or they will keep refilling
It was a good hotel with nice rooms that were not big but still reasonable, nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable so I slept very well. I booked the room with a balcony and it was nice to sit there and watch life outside. There was a beautiful view of the Roman theater. It wasn't noisy there even though there was a lot of traffic and people outside, of course, but it didn't bother me because it was soundproof. Wifi didn't work so well so I used my SIM card to connect. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and everything tasted great. The hotel also arranged various trips so I did it to the Abu Jaber Caves in East Amman, quite close to the airport. Personal helpful and nice, nothing to complain about, quite the opposite. I recommend this hotel, perfect location in the center.

The first day we were here the breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was great. However, on our return a week later, no staff members at all around at breakfast to help. The aircon was no working as we were told it was turned off during winter. They sent someone to check but they did not seem to care, the room became very warm.
訪訪客Great atmosphere and comfortable stay. Friendly and professional service was provided from al team members who always make sure you have an excellent stay. It is a very highly recommended place. Many thanks for you all!
SstephenbW3670VOClean basic hotel but one that really cares about its clients. Although only a one star hotel our stay was extremely comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was really nice and we suggest you book a room with an ensuite. The free walking tour of downtown Amman taken by Orwha was a real eye-opener and he was a perfect guide. (you pay him what do you think it’s worth). The hotel is a stones throw from the Roman theatre and the ancient citadel on the hill. It was very noisy throughout the night however as it was Eid and everybody was out celebrating until the Sun came up.

WiFi is available in the reception area but this is different to the WiFi in your room which was very good. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube etc. I shared a twin room which was internal so the window is to the hall way. The room was clean with a little area to hang clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, but remember water is an issue for Jordan. The best bit about the hotel is breakfast. There is a cold selection of fruit and cake served to your table and then the pre-ordered cooked breakfast. And off the breakfast area is a roof terrace with a view of the Roman Theatre
