The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

BEWARE: Nov, Dec 2024: Major Renovations ( all day ) which they forgot to tell this Guest before booking There are major renovations, and I mean MAJOR renovations, going on right now, November and December. And they forgot to tell this Guest about them before the reservations were made. They should have. Alarmingly, 3 days before, they sent out an email, apparently to all Guests, telling us we needed to provide full credit card or bank details before Arrival. Otherwise ”your reservation is not Guaranteed” they stated. Obviously unaware that major global scam issues are occurring doing exactly that. And especially prevalent emanating from South-Asia. Drilling, banging, the whole building vibrating. Then just when one thinks it is all over, the night club is testing the sound system. The whole hotel vibrates for 2 hours. Luckily, it stops at 18.00. The vibration from the sound system was worse and more dynamic than the all-day renovations. When I queried what the noise was and they told me it was testing of the hotels night club sound system. The opening is Nov 9 apparently. God-help any one staying after Nov 9. I expect the nightclub vibrations will go well and truly in to the early morning. Ironically, in the rooms, there is a statement telling the Guests to respect other Guests ”By not playing loud music in the room”. I understand hotels need to make renovations. Especially since the global pan-panic. Renovation activity around the world is dramatic. However, Hotels need to show some respect to their Guests before they make their reservations and inform us that there are MAJOR renovations being undertaken, stipulate the time frame. This allows us, the Guests, to make informed decisions as to whether or not we want to stay there and endure the aggravation. The Hotel Duty Manager did all she could by offering me another room for the remainder of my stay. I elected to stay in the Suite they gave me rather than pack-up and move. I was outside most of the day for the balance of the stay and consequently, I avoided much of the daytime noise issue. Apart from this, the hotel was very nice. The rooms were modern, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was of a good speed. The bathroom was full size with a stand-in shower with reasonable water pressure. The food at Breakfast and Dinner for very good. And reasonably priced. Room Service food quality was actually awesome. Breakfast had a good choice and the Chef made an tasty omelette masala. Try it. The hotel is located in a quiet backstreet of Baga, away from the hubbub of the beach area. The beaches in North Goa are very ordinary. So as long as you don't mind being a cheap, short taxi ride away from the tourist zone, this would be a nice place to stay. There are a few very local restaurants outside too. Apart from the renovations going on now, this would be a place I would probably stay again

I recently stayed at the Mayflower Beach Resort in Baga, Goa, and while the close proximity to the Baga beach, decently spacious rooms and pool were the positives, the overall experience was overshadowed by multiple issues that shouldn't be overlooked by potential guests: Payment Practices: I was taken aback when the resort showed an almost obstinate reluctance to accept digital payments. After much ado, they allowed UPI for the first day but insisted on cash the next. In a time where digital transactions are the norm, this was unsettling and raised concerns of possible black money operations. Pre-Check-in Payment: The resort demanded the complete payment before I could even finalise my check-in. This was not only unconventional but also seemed like an unnecessary hassle for guests. Front Desk Attitude: Hospitality was notably absent from the demeanour of the front desk staff. Their sarcasm and apparent arrogance were out of place in a service industry setting. ”House Rules” Posters: These were a peculiar blend of inappropriate and audacious. They led to my child asking questions I'd never imagined having to answer on a vacation. Parking Issues: The resort promises parking availability, but I had to park my car outside. To make things worse, upon checking out, I found all four of my car tires deflated. Another guest shared a similar grievance. Such negligence and lack of security are alarming. Check-in Protocols: The demand for even my 9-year-old to sign the check-in register was puzzling at best. Makeshift Entrance: The temporary structures serving as a bridge from the entrance to the rooms not only seemed like a half-hearted effort but also raised questions about the resort's past challenges. Cost: Charging over 5k per room night without matching the price with the quality or experience is unjustifiable. Especially when there are more affordable and better-equipped alternatives nearby. All in all, my stay at Mayflower Beach Resort was marred by these issues. I hope others will weigh these points when considering a stay here.

Liked everything about this resort starting from its location which has easy accessibility to baga beach, cleanliness, professional service and highly secured. Best place to stay for couple and family.

I had a great time in CASA BAGA . Very refreshing and green surroundings, spacious room , beautiful swimming pool . Can have a sunbath , play with friends. Food taste really well , proper blend of spices and oil. Staff was really helpful. Appreciate Mr Bipul for making us more comfortable . Walkable distance from BAGA Beach , can try all water activities . Shopping market is also nearby from property.
