The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, iron, and one of the two bathrooms with a shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious veranda with a dining area, sofa, armchairs, and a sun lounger—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink with sea views—as well as a second bathroom with a shower.The house includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi on both floors, with smart FHD TVs in each area for your entertainment.
