For shared use: property with trees. In the house: WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Haltestelle Gasthaus Schaabe" 1.1 km, sandy beach 300 m, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 1 km. Internet access for 1 terminal per flat. Bicycle storage available in the complex. "Glowe (GLW661)", 1-room apartment 45 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2025, stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchenette in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Balcony 6 m2.
