Beautiful apartment house "Haus Lotti". On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), drying room. Narrow motor access to the house. Communal covered parking. Bus stop "Schmitten Dorf" 350 m. "Haus Lotti Apt 203", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Bright, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (2 x 80 cm), satellite TV, flat screen, radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)) with small bar. Carpet. Balcony 10 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 8 at the house.
