臨時選的酒店，性價比超預期，算是意外的驚喜吧，關鍵酒店出門右轉一家餐館太棒了，酒店搞錯了房間，給降級了，但是攜程處理好是不錯，沒讓我們鑽石會員失望

巴拉頓湖區 新開的度假型酒店，有歡迎的香檳及品酒區域；有恆温泳池，室內室外都有，也都有了室內和室外舒適的休息區空間；spa有各種温度的桑拿房，在這裡會很有樂趣。 早餐比較豐富，晚餐也是自助形式，單點的話 出菜比較慢 價格和自助的居然差不多。 可以步行到湖區，碧綠的湖面，各種水上活動，很適合全家度假。

這個酒店很值得推薦。特別推薦酒店自助餐。大約450一人，對於中國人很友好。可能我們是第一批中國人來這個酒店。期待下次再來

酒店不算一線湖景，前面有建築物和綠化遮擋，就算訂帶陽台的湖景房間也要在三樓以上才能遠遠看到湖，不過酒店比較新，設施齊備環境乾淨，設計時尚簡潔，服務人員熱情，如果自駕的話有停車場提供付費停車。

入住必須等待到3點後。第一間分配到的房間空調不工作，維修人員花了近一個小時都沒有修好，邊拆修邊和我們抱怨説是酒店空調硬件連接的問題，讓人十分焦躁不安。傍晚換房間後才算涼快下來，但敗壞了心情。

服務很友好，很不錯

Prachtig hotel, ontvangst 5-sterren niveau, kamer fantastisch. Eten bij diner en ontbijt uitstekend! Maar dan wreekt zich het fet dat het hotel heel nieuw is (najaar 2023) bediening in bar en restaurant onder de maat, zeer onervaren. Tafels worden niet schoongemaakt, ontbijt buffet traag aangevuld, tot twee keer toe wordt het hoofdgerecht gebracht terwijl we nog aan het voorgerecht zaten, terwijl we juist om een pauze gevraagd hadden. En in de bar telkens zelf drankjes moeten halen, ondanks dat de bar meer dan bemand was. In potentie een top hotel, maar sommige dingen vragen nog wat aandacht.

Expérience fabuleuse dans un décor des mille et une nuits. Chambre luxueuse, Spa a coupé le souffle Des piscines intérieures , extérieures. Jacuzzi géant. Sauna multiples. Hammam et salle de repos. La détente assurée. Restaurant au top et petit déjeuner exceptionnel. N hésitez pas

Entering the building sophisticated environment welcomes you, colours and lights radiate a positive atmosphere. The three wings of the building surround the lobby, creating a kind of labyrinth, create corners and "islands", where you can retreat to talk and drink wine, caffe, ... whatever you like. The staff is extremely courteous, kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, functional and cozy. Bed is confortable as well. Bathroom/shower is clean. The wellness, fitness, sauna world, spa department is also sophisticated, modern and cozy. Here the private space is ensured as well. You can step aside and only take care of yourself without disturbing others. Refreshments are available throughout the day. The water temperature is pleasant. Restaurant is well prepared; you can find delicious food according to your taste. Traditional Hungarian dishes are missing from menu.

Modern hotel with great atmosphere. Everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and nice. The spa area has a lot to offer, great pools, warm water, refreshments, saunas. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had in such types of hotels. The chef is exceptional with the reimagined dishes. These were fantastic, mostly with the offerd glass of vine. It is truly an exceptional wellness hotel with outstanding services.

We had great time in this brand new hotel. The size of the hotel is perfect, not too big, provides family atmosphere. The spa is special and excellent but the best part is the food which is the highest quality and the wines (they offer almost 400 types of wine!)

I must say this was the best hotel I have ever stayed. Luxurious enterior, kind staff, delicious meal. Very peaceful environment. Me and my parents enjoyed our weekend a lot. We will go back for sure as we found our new favourite place for rest.

The room was modern and nice. The service is nice. We were very happy with the wine tasting. The interior of the hotel is wonderful. And I really liked the 250-year-old Csabika or Danika tree. I don't remember his name exactly.
