"We had booked and paid for accommodation for three adults. However, when we arrived, the room had been prepared for only two adults. There were not enough towels or other necessary items for three people. I had to go down to reception myself to inform the staff about this issue and ask them to prepare the room properly. We then left the property to have dinner and go for a walk. When we returned to the room, we were shocked to find that the walls were covered with large black spiders with a grey cross-shaped marking on their backs. There were several of them inside the room. We immediately contacted reception. A member of staff came to our room and used a vacuum cleaner to remove the spiders from the walls. Although we were offered another room, we no longer felt comfortable or safe staying at this property, especially considering the condition in which the original room was provided to us. We therefore decided to leave the accommodation and did not stay there. We believe that the accommodation did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness, hygiene and preparation, and that the room we received was not suitable for three paying adults."
