Customer service is very good, room has enough space, clean room.

I would be kind to say this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. This hotel was despicable. This hotel is filthy. The air conditioning only stays on for 10 min at a time and there is NO circulation. all night long I had to turn it back on or suffer in very hot conditions. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights for business and pleasure with two families .. ie I paid for two rooms. The best view was old block walls right outside your window, with rusted out A/C units whirring away but accomplishing nothing. when asked if we could get a room with a view, they laughed at us and said we needed to pay double, even though the hotel was basically empty. I am really into Japanese food, and that is why we stayed there without thinking about it. Well there is NO Japanese restaurant, unless you wanted the coffee shop to make it for you .. ummm NO thanks. The SO called Included breakfast was a complete JOKE. they have a full menu but could not make anything because the cook was too lazy to make. Even pancakes ... Nope too hard. No chicken, no cheese, no fries, no bread most days, no orange juice, no other juice ... but you could get coffee lol .. it is a coffee shop, I think. As for the room, no towels, no shampoo no toothpaste, no toilet paper, no body wash .. there was a left over used bar of soap stuck to the counter .. but I am NOT touching that. No hand towels, no face cloths, if you wanted a shower cap it was charged as an extra. You need to give a 1000 deposit in case you do damage to their threadbare grey dingy towels .. Um they should need to pay us to use them. In conclusion, you should never recommend this hotel to anyone and you would be best served to remove your logo and reputation off of it. This is not even suited to your worst enemy, because you could never hate anyone that much. oh yes .. I am disabled and cannot climb stairs, but they decided to take the only elevator off line for service at 6PM to Midnight. that sums it up.

The price is too pricey. It’s not worthy to pay high price for this room.

Bathroom filthy never been cleaned shower floor stained and dirty vanity never been cleaned soap scum and stains They do not cater breakfast for. Europeans mainly Filipinos Last morning told me no food suitable for me had fast food outside

I have bin all over the world. From Asia to Africa to south America, and lots of places more… Everywhere they tried the best they could, with the tools available, and did a decent job… But this hotel failed in almost all of it. The people down in the restaurant are ok btw👻

Called front desk so many times during our stay. First, the comforter was wet. How can you sleep on a wet comforter? Second, they changed the comforter but did not put a flat sheet with it. Third, the toilet flushes non stop during our stay front desk said it is okay it is normal. Very unhappy not worth the price.

Nice place for a relaxing day. Staff are cheerful (but not much at the Plaza Brew) Comfortable bed Accessibility to different establishments is a plus. First time guest will have a lasting experince. Highly recommended for other potential guest

We stayed overnight in this hotel as we would travel to another town the next day. Our stay was nice for the most part. The staff were nice and courteously attended to guests. The hotel provided basic necessities. The room was relatively clean and big enough for a couple with a child in an extra bed. The food at the hotel restaurant/cafe was fine but choices were limited. There were a lot of fast food stores in the area though. The location is good as the hotel faces the plaza and church. The place was full of lights during the night when we were there. Parking space was also limited so we parked in front of the plaza (open space) facing the hotel without roof/cover. Overall, it was a short yet nice stay.

The hotel is nice and staffs are polite, but the establishment should upgrade and change the aircondition unit. There is a very annoying high frequency mechanical sound coming out of it. We asked for room replacement, but was only told that all available rooms have the same problem.🫣🤔
