📍 Bakü – Atlas Hotel Konaklama Deneyimimiz 18, 19 ve 20 Kasım tarihlerinde Bakü’de Atlas Hotel’de konakladık. Günlük kişi başı 65 manat üzerinden 3 oda tuttuk ve her gün ödemelerimizi düzenli şekilde yaptık. Fakat son gün yaşadığımız olay gerçekten kabul edilemezdi. Arkadaşımızın nişanlısı otele gelmeden bir gün önce, arkadaşımız odasına bir bayan misafir etti. Ertesi gün nişanlısı geldiğinde ise otel resepsiyonundaki görevli, “Dün gece başka kadınla kaldığınız için 40 manat daha ödemelisiniz” diyerek ek ücret talep etti. Düşünün… Bu durum evli bir çiftin başına gelse boşanmaya kadar gider. Arkadaşımız nişanlısıyla tartıştı, biz oda numaralarını karıştırdık diyerek ancak durumu toparlayabildik. Normalde otelde oda tutulduğunda, gelen misafir için ekstra ücret istenmez. Bu, yıllardır kaldığımız birçok otelde böyle. Ama Atlas Hotel sonradan, dayanaksız şekilde ek ücret talep ediyor. Bu davranış işletmecilikle bağdaşmıyor. Bakü’de pek çok otelde kaldık, hiçbirinde böyle bir uygulama görmedik. Bu nedenle burada kalacak olanlara tavsiyem: İyi düşünün.

Dostlarımla getmisdik, gozlediyimizden de yaxsi oldu. Hotel çox rahat, temiz ve muasirdi. Isciler guleruzdu. Ne vaxt resepsnla elaqe saxlasaq hemen cavab verdiler. Seher yemeyi aciq bufet idi, cox dadli idi. Bir sozle her sey yuksek seviyyede. Cox cox razi qaldiq

Мне Суждено было побывать в Атлас-отеле. Это были мои самые лучшие выходные. Прекрасный отель завтрак великолепен. Поворотра готовили очень великолепно, и здесь смесь европейской и азиатской кухни. Отзывчивый персонал и хорошое местоположение. Особенно хорошо поблагодарить менеджеру Акшину.

Хороший отел, отличный сервис и уютные комнаты. Местоположение центральный город. Каждый остаюсь а этом отеле. Сотрудники очен дружелюбные. Мне специально нравится что пространство в комнатах хороший. Ресторан отеля супер, все виды блюдо можно найти.

Reading in the description that this is a five star hotel is a biggest joke : Pros 1. Room size is just right 2. They have a supermarket in front for all our basic necessities. 3. Breakfast has a decent spread Cons 1. Reception staff was absolutely arrogant in responding right from check in. 2. All the linen in the room was absolutely shabby 3. Once I missed to give the room key and the room housekeeping was not done. On inquiry they said they did not have the key. I dont know of any hotel in the world where the housekeeping staff does not have a spare key. 4. Housekeeping was not upto mark at all. BAsic items were not replaced. Something as simple as a soap dish was missing and the wet soap used to slip around the basin area. 5. Entire bathroom was leaking. The shower room doors did not have sealing materials, the shower used to spray water everywhere except on you. Post a bath the entire bathroom floor used to be wet and remain wet till housekeeping was done. 6. My friends room AC fan made a continous noise due to which he could not switch the AC. On complaints for all the above, it was told that they would be catered to immediately with nothing happening over our five days stay. On requesting for a room change it was informed that the entire hotel is booked. 7. The breakfast was very repetitive. Calling it an Indian breakfast with only one or two Indian items and sometimes none was a joke. Again the Indian items kept were lunch items and not breakfast food. Overall not a very happy stay and would not recommend at all.

Hi, the hotel atlas was completely booked and they have no rooms and on top of that they did not get any booking request from mm t or your local vendor. I confirmed the same with the manager at the reception. And conveyed the same to your customer service representative. So pols help with the full refund. I had to go through a lot of issues in getting myself a new room booked at the higher price. As most of the properties in bake this time is running full. Hope you understand and help me in this matter and issue full refund asap.

I booked hotel atlas and mm k booked hotel altus after that made so many calls to mm k and always said by them your query already in process you will get call back but no response. Dont worry you spoiled my vacations ready for yours.

We stayed here for 1 week, every day we have to ask to clean the room, they have a board which shows indian lunch & dinner but they don't have it and reception guy was also very rude

Отель на свои пять звезд не тянет, вид из окна на автосервис и крыши, так как расположен в месте где отель на отеле стоят в притык друг к другу. Персонал приветливый , номер большой есть все необходимое и убирают каждый день. Завтраки не очень
