The service was very basic—nothing special, especially compared to other Javanese hospitality experiences I've had. It felt quite ordinary to me, and now I understand why the hotel wasn’t very busy. The staff didn’t seem very warm or welcoming. They were just doing their job, which I get, but I was hoping for a bit more warmth and hospitality.
Breakfast was also a letdown. I tried the Western options, but they were too salty for my taste.
I’m sorry, but I can’t give a positive review because the experience didn’t meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can improve by focusing more on making guests feel truly comfortable and welcomed.
