Todo excelente, el desayuno muy variado y rico, la unica cosa por la que me podria quejar es que el tren pasa muy cerca y por la noche se escucha y es un poco molesto.

When we got there the woman at the front desk was rude when I asked if they had a handicapped room with 2 beds available. I walk with a cane and I am permanently disabled it is obvious by looking at me but she seemed irritated that I even asked. Without even bothering to look at the computer she said, "No, we don't" Our room was dusty, and by accident, my husband pulled the fitted sheet when we were getting ready for bed. The mattress cover was disgusting it had other people's hair trapped in it, toilet paper, and it was dirty. The food for breakfast was extremely limited. They served sausage and eggs one day and the same leftover sausage the next you can tell by how dry it was. The people above us were moving furniture at 2 am. They had kids running through the halls and a dog 3 doors down barking every time someone walked by the door! Never again!! Worst place ever!

Didn’t have the original 2 queens bed has i booked when i arrived they put me in to king size bed and a couch with the same price i told the staff why im i getting charge same as a 2queen beds and he said n he sorry cant do anything about it ******* sucks

Our first room had a terrible leak behind the toilet. They moved us across the hall. The room wasn't very clean they need to look under the bed and in the corners. My wife found a q-tip under the bed. Worst of all apparently when they built this hotel, they didn't take into consideration exterior noise levels from the freeway, freeway entrance and the railroad tracks. The STC ratings on the windows had to be very low because the noise level was horrible. We couldn't wait to get out of there. My wife wanted to leave in the middle of the night.

I like that is safe and clean, I did have problems checking in and got accidentally charged for someone else's room, had to call and get that taken care of the following day when I noticed.

The service was amazing dont desk was friendly, kids favorite part was the breakfast they call it restaurant style with full variations of food

We were staying for the Thanksgiving Holiday with family in Bakersfield. The hotel was clean, Breakfast was great. Options changed a little each day. Gotta love the waffles. Deposit isn't bad at all. We had gotten a dog while visiting during the middle of our stay. It was easy to add him. Did not get to use the pool. It was too cold. Bottom looked a little worn but its a pool in Bakersfield. Used the laundry facilities. Did not cost that much. King Room was great size. I was impressed with the size. Our room had

Clean and well run. They charge more for “premium Internet.” It’s not a resort so it’s a little unreasonable to charge for premium Internet.

Comfortable beds, close to highway 58...didn't like some of the sketchy people walking thru the parking lot.

Overall it was a great stay, the cleanliness was not okay. Bathroom walls had red stains and so did the toilet seat.
