我希望可以說這次住宿令人鼓舞，但事實並非如此。這個地方本身就很有潛力，協助醫療程序的工作人員總是很友善，房間乾淨寬敞，接待人員需要更多培訓。但食物卻令人大失所望。總而言之，這是一次長途旅行，這裡的醫療服務很棒，但其他地方需要改進。

Only the staff was kind. The quality and the taste of the food was very poor. The spa was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The cleanness is not the expected level! In this price I’ve been in real 5* star hotels all over the world… This one is not on that level…

I would like to point out that the experience at this hotel was a terrible one. I bought a weekend for the celebration of March 8, hoping that I will make a pleasant surprise for my wife and we will relax for a few days with our 15-year-old son. the International Women's Day package included the offer of accommodation and half-board with a festive dinner on the evenings of 03.08 and 03.09.2024, as well as a Finger Food lunch on 03.09.2024. Unfortunately, after dinner on 03/09/2024, our 15-year-old son was infected with salmonella and was diagnosed with bacterial enterocolitis. In the morning of 10.03.2024, I requested the hotel reception to call the ambulance that took my son and later, the next day when we arrived in Bucharest, we had to admit him to the Matei Blas Hospital for Infectious Diseases for 5 days for intravenous treatment with antibiotic. I will not tell you anymore about the bile vomiting and diarrheal stools that our son had and in response from this hotel I received a letter with 2 sentences in which they told us that they are sorry but they are a 5 star hotel and I constantly analyze the food and there are no problems and we should contact the insurer. I have uploaded this message in the hope that I will attract the attention of all those who will stay at this hotel where they will pay considerable sums, to pay attention to the food served by this hotel in the self-service regime of the student canteen. Also, all the customers present during the same period complained that there was not enough food served, not having the opportunity to choose from several types of food, missing water or juices that were no longer available towards the end of the meal program. An unpleasant experience that ruined the celebration of my wife and my son's mother. The hotel's pools are extremely dirty, showing deposits and impurities on the bottom of the pools. Far from 5 stars.

This new 5 star hotel in Felix, Romania is a breath taking place for thermal baths, spa and physiotherapy in Romania. If you need a week or just a few days to recharge you batteries or recover and would like an idea then this is the best place at least during the winter.

We recommend from all points of view. Professionalism, understanding, conditions and comfort. It was my birthday and the people at the hotel prepared a surprise for me, without expecting it. Thank you to everyone from Lotus Therme! Indeed, another standard for Romania and Baile Felix!
