特蘭奎洛旅館

Boutique hotel al di sotto delle aspettative. Camere buie, bagno vecchio, doccia non funzionante perchéc'usciva solo l'acqua tiepida(nonostante abbiano tentato di ripararla). Cena dalle 18.00 alle 19.15, con un orario molto limitato e menù predefinito. Piscine fredde e servizio non all'altezza. L'unica cosa bella è la location.

magnifique hôtel Site fabuleux, accueil chaleureux, conseils avertis sur les activités, calme absolu, bungalow intime et magnifique avec bassin, restauration exquise, personnel souriant, ont été les ingrédients de notre séjour à Drake Bay, dans cet hôtel tenu par un charmant couple français.

Incroyable endroit de rêves, nourriture exceptionnelle, service impeccable. Les propriétaires et le staff sont attentionnés, accueillants et ils adorent leur endroit. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons.

Wir haben bei Christophe und Sebastien mit deren Team, insbesondere mit Silvia und Enrique, eine unvergessliche Zeit verbracht. Die Lodge hoch auf dem Berg erlaubte eine 180 Grad Sicht über die Drake Bay und beschenkte uns mit unbeschreiblichen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Team war ständig für uns da und konnte uns die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Das Menü war First-class. Meine Tochter und ich sind Vegetarierinnen und es war für das Team gar kein Problem, sich darauf einzustellen. So abwechslungsreich vegetarisch habe ich selten gegessen. Kleine Details, eine herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre sowie nette Gespräche mit dem Team machen dieses besondere Hotel aus. Außerdem ist das Team eine große Hilfe bei der Organisation von jeglicher Art von touren in der Umgebung. Wir hatten jedenfalls wunderbare Momente und würden immer wieder das Hotel wählen.

Our stay at Tranquilo Lodge was an absolute dream. Sebastien and Christophe are the most amazing hosts. Sebastien helped us plan out the best 4-5 day itenerary and was always around to help with anything we needed during our stay. The grounds are beautiful and maintained well and the view from the pool is absolutely stunning. The serving staff Cristina and Alex were so friendly and attentive. The Chef cooked up amazing lunches and lovely 3-4 course dinners. My wife and I look forward to coming back to Drake Bay to visit everyone at Tranquilo Lodge again in the future !

Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely magical! The views were breathtaking—every morning felt like waking up in paradise. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, even accommodating my limited dietary needs with such thoughtfulness and care. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was a perfect choice for a romantic getaway. The room was luxurious, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Our bed was remade twice a day and turned down each evening with a small candy left for us, which was an incredibly sweet touch. One thing to note is that after arriving at the international airport, you need to take a smaller plane to reach the area. We were slightly unaware of this at first, but with a little planning, it’s perfectly fine. The lodge takes care of everything—they pick you up at the smaller airport right away and take you straight to the property. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and snack, which was such a lovely and thoughtful way to start our stay. The staff were all so kind and attentive. They were always on time and made everything seamless, from escorting us to our excursions to checking in daily to ensure our experience was exactly as we wanted. Having someone guide or accompany us to each activity added such a personal touch to the trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. We felt so well cared for and genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to couples!
