Una encantadora belleza asì resumirìa la experiencia de èste inigualable hotel. Sin lugar a duda repetirè la experiencia ! Felicidades todos logran hacer un Equipo Ganador..!!

The hotel is an enchanting haven, meticulously designed to ignite tranquility, relaxation and romance. We had a garden suite which also had an amazing view of the ocean beyond the grass of the garden. The decor exudes an authentic charm, blending classic elegance with modern comfort seamlessly. Each element is thoughtfully curated, reflecting a timeless sophistication that invites guests to unwind in style. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating an atmosphere of relaxed refinement. From the tasteful furnishings to the subtle accents, every detail contributes to the overall sense of exceptional luxury and comfort. It's a space where tradition meets innovation, where guests can bask in the beauty of classic design while enjoying the convenience of modern amenities. The resort rooms are very large and spread out. We had tons of privacy. The gym offers a sanctuary for fitness enthusiasts. The restaurant we ate at had a special separate table that sits 2-4 by the fire, I would definitely recommend requesting that specific one. The secluded beach, with its soft sands and warm waters, invites moments of shared bliss and connection. There are huge terraced pools so you can have plenty of space. It was a dream for this introvert! The staff helping went above and beyond. Best of the best in Punta Mita! Thank you Sammi and team!

From the moment we arrived to the resort we were treated to some of the greatest service I have ever experienced. The entire staff was knowledgeable and catered to any need that we had on our stay. The accommodations and the entire property were top notch and everything we ate was delicious. There really was nothing I could find to complain about. Incredible property and experience.

Wow, the newest 5* luxury property on the block is stunning! With incredible service, gorgeous grounds and well appointed rooms this place did not disappoint. It definitely had more of an adult, chill vibe but the pools, beach and the ONDA spa were fabulous. Don't miss their signature restaurant - Casa Milpa! My only negative was they need another dining option but I believe it's in the plan!!

I've stayed in Punta Mita numerous times and stayed at the Four Seasons and the St. Regis previously as well as private homes. The Auberge rooms are far and away the best - impeccably clean, perfectly air conditioned and peaceful. The service is where they lose points. It isn't that people were not kind - it was that there either weren't enough people scheduled and/or their roles were so siloed that the experience wasnt seamless. For eg. on multiple days, we returned to our room in the afternoon which had been cleaned and serviced, but dirty dishes from breakfast were left behind.

Susurros is an absolutely lovely property. The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere. There are a few things the hotel and staff could improve on. Service at the restaurant was great. Great restaurant staff-Dany, Claudia, Brandon (gato) to name a few. Unfortunately, the Cuates (concierge) fell short on several things. Lack of communication, attention to detail, and not as attentive as other properties (Esperanza). We extended our stay by one day and though our room was not available we were transferred to a different room. We were initially informed we would be closer to the beach but we were further away and not where we were informed we would be. The second room was smaller and not as private as the first one. The beach view was a bit obstructed by the other rooms. The water temperature was scolding hot despite being as close to cold without turning the faucet off. There was no real send off. We were celebrating our engagement but we did not feel much of a celebration or attention to this detail. The welcoming aspect was lacking. Assistance with reservations was not as consistent. For example we really wanted to visit a neighboring property restaurant and though our cuate did try he was unsuccessful. We called 2 days later and we were able to secure one. I think the resort has a lot of promise and potential and it will get there but the most important is the attention from the cuates in order to compete with other 5 star properties.

The Good: Top of class amenities, top quality restaurants, top of class room decor, top quality services at the pool/beach, restaurants and the kids club. The Not So Good: 1. We booked a two bedroom suite, but one of our rooms wasn't cleaned until late evening which definitely messed up our plan for the day. To be fair, it was probably a one-off incident so I wouldn't read too much into it. However, management should take notice and prevent something like this from happening again. 2. Greetings were rushed. We were offered drinks as soon as we stepped off our shuttle before we even had the time to take a look at the beautiful surroundings. Everything felt a bit rushed at the front desk. I was guessing it's because they really needed to keep people moving as there wasn't enough space for multiple check-ins all at once? The Hope: The hotel is very new and there are many aspects of the hotel, particularly in services, that are in need of improvements, but I am sure that management will work very hard to address those issues and make this hotel the crown jewel in the area.
