We're staying for 3 nights as a couple and so far we're very delighted with our experience. The room is very spacious and the best part is.. all the staff are very hospitable. Special mention to JEFF at the Restaurant who consistently goes extra mile. He anticipates our needs in the restaurant before we even asked for it. He is exemplary! Also to JOSIAH at the front desk who has a very warm and lovely smile. Officer Jed at the door was also very helpful. The staff here are true mark of a Filipino Hospitality. This hotel deserves a 5 star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Didn't orient us on, no smoking policy Fined us for 5k pesos, even told us that they'll just discount it to 3k When raise they'll say that You sign the paper that agreeing no smoking. All of us never smoke but our driver does. Even with negations they'll not backdown. They have terrible breakfast. But it's tolerable. All in all, Just make sure, all your members are non smokers. Else prepare for unforseen charges

We booked two rooms and stayed with my family. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The staffs are attentive, but it seems than they are very few as we see same faces all throughout our stay. The location is few minutes drive to nearby parks, market and malls. The price is quite cheap for the room amenities. The downside is their food as they have very limited choices.

Hotel Tugos needs improvements, the toilet seats needs updating, the toilet we stayed got blocked. The breakfast and service with the catering are very much substandard. The staff needs training in customer service even in sitting up table.
