We were 3 couple all over 55 years. Check in was fast and excellent, glitches like toilet flush and other issues were solved immediately. We wished to have a private table arranged in the lawn for 6 of us and the not only obliged but provided a dedicated server to get our food. We stayed 2 nights. Food was excellent. The bf which was complimentary was excellent. Rooms were functional but with good service. The location was excellent and most tourist points were accessible. The only drawback was that an additional floor was being built and some noise and water flow was there. Which was disturbing at times. Overall a good value for money

Perfect location but service is really lousy. The sanitaryware in the bathrooms are stained. The room service forgets to bring the order. The restaurant attached to the hotel, The Bridge, had lazy servers. It is small and so when breakfast is served the guests have to wait next to the occupied tables for the occupants to finish eating so that they can get seated. The waiters at the restaurant too forget the orders.

Very good hotel with big rooms and good room service and breakfast is with buffet you can have lots of options to eat in breakfast property location is best and near highway with very can and peaceful atmosphere also swimming pool is very big this property is in construction but still it is very good after completing all construction work this hotel will be very excellent. Nice place ,great services. Ambience is amazing. Food served is great but prices are bit high. Veg and non vegetarian food will be serve. Breakfast buffet is awesome must try. Faizan and other staff are friendly in nature. Room is comfortable and spacious.

回到班加羅爾時在那裏住了一晚。位於主幹道,靠近卡馬特酒店,靠近戈爾古巴茲。酒店很小,不像貼的圖片。訂了三人間,我們得到了一個小房間,有一張大牀和一張加牀(地板)。房間的大小很昂貴。牀佔據了房間的90%。浴缸和廁所很乾淨。房間也很乾淨。餐廳還可以,沒有客房服務,在餐廳詢問時,服務員說工作人員很忙,沒有人免費帶食物到房間。轉過身,整個餐廳空蕩蕩的,同一個服務員在手機上看視頻。入住和退房都很順利。自助早餐沒有那麼令人信服。酒店只是適合單身出差人士。

Stay was good enough, hospitality was surprisingly homely with basic emergency tablets like paracetamol available to us in the reception. Very warm people. It was a good experience, but cannot be compared to tier 1 stays as the room service was pretty average, almost bad. Laundry service is not available in the hotel. Barring these 2, hotel can reach to international standards if the staff pull up their socks and maintain the standards especially cleanliness in buffet area, wash rooms. But staff are honest and helpful. If cleanliness would have been maintained and basic amenities like tea and coffee sachets arranged in the stay, it would easily be in top 5 hotels of bijapur.
