The Heritage Resort

Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase inmitten des Trubels der Stadt, an der Ausfallstraße in Richtung Bahnhof gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Pool war eine echte Bereicherung. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, das Personal war sehr bemüht.

Il est vrai que cette région offre très peu d,hébergement hôtelier mais ….Le long de la route principale , de petits « bungalows «  avec patio extérieur ornent de part et d’autre d’une étroite allée un petit jardin tordu . Équipement assez rudimentaire d’une propreté toute relative . La pièce où se déroulent les repas est très bruyante . Le buffet limité mais bon néanmoins . Le petit déjeuner sans attrait à l’exception des dosas confectionnées sur place . Il faut reconnaître que le personnel est très prévenant et attentif et travaille sous l’œil directif de la probable propriétaire des lieux

Très joli cottage avec chambre spacieuse et très confortable La responsable est charmante et donne volontiers des informations sur lesdites à visiter et comment s’y rendre Le restaurant sur place est excellent.

Cet hôtel pourrait être agréable mais il faudrait améliorer beaucoup de choses! lit peu confortable, manque d'oreillers, chambre de couleur triste, pas accueillant. La douche chaude fonctionne difficilement. le jardin est agréable ainsi que la petite terrasse. Internet difficile à obtenir. le restaurant est très basique. L'après-midi quand il fait très chaud et que l'on reste dans la chambre on aimerait un endroit plus agréable, plus clair, plus confortable . Dommage.

Truly awful experience. The first room was filthy: stained walls and curtains, dusty floors with hairs, a dirty shower, mold and humidity everywhere, and a horrible smell of mothballs and sewage. We were only moved to another room because our travel agent complained for us. The second room was slightly better but still terrible – towels were stained and smelly, the bed so old you sank into the middle, and the foam pillows were horrendous. The whole room still smelled of mothballs and sewage. The fan had no speed control and started to smell burnt. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, the phone was dead, and there was no room service. Guests blasted loud music from 6 a.m., and the staff did nothing. The pool and garden could be nice, but guests were swimming fully clothed and staff ignored it – completely unhygienic. The only competent people were the girls in the restaurant, who did their best despite the dreadful management. Filthy, smelly, noisy, and totally mismanaged. Staying here for two nights was torture. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The garden is really beautiful but the rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised!

Property's location is excellent. The staff was courteous & allowed an early check-in. Food was also good like homemade. Swimming pool & rooms are well maintained. AC does not work on full power as it is run on generator
