巴加海灘度假村(The Baga Beach Resort)

Worst experience ever. I booked from agoda app and they charged me according to the 5 star property. It shows its 5 star property but its not. The rooms were pathetic, the balcony was not properly opening and closing. Very big gap which can make mosquitoes to enter in the night. My rooms lock was not working, this is serious case of security for me and family. They said they will fix it but when we return back it is still not working. The staff was very reluctant and not willing to give any proper service. The guy who is fixing the lock was so frustrated and he is justifying me that it is fine and try to work like this only. Whole night I didnot sleep because of lock and it was my worst experience in Goa. I came for enjoyment but it turned to be big stressful situation. There is no luxury here, old style washrooms and very bad condition for every thing. I would recommend that do not book this property although it is beach front but if you are planning to go there with family that will be definitely turned into a big nigh**are.

Do not go here. Worst place ever. Dirty, filthy, rude staff. The rooms were not cleaned, stains on the bed ... smoke smell everywhere.. they gave us used products in the bathrooms ...just horrible. They offered us different rooms but they were no better. Do not go here.

We booked Cottage. The facility was wonderful with great amenities. Location was also superb . On titos lane and on the baga beach. Host Abhisekh was also good and courteous. Food was also great with lot of options

The rooms are very cosy and aesthetically built and has a perfect sea view... Location is absolutely awesome just next to the Baga beach Food is very nice and staff is very well ***nered and cooperative Would love to come back again here

It was great experience over here. The full staff was always attentive to our needs, daily up keep the room. When requested assistance they were available within 2 mins. Good breakfast and always attentive with additional request. They have availability of taxi and scooters service. Overall staff is very helpful and very polite, and welcoming. I will recommend for this property. Thanks Neha :)

Rooms are excellent and very cosy. Service is absolutely on time and persons are very polite. Sagar served me ***y times and he is the best among all. I would definitely recommend for the Baga Beach Resort

No hot water , mattresses are not comfortable, loud music all night .

It’s very expensive for what you get compared to other places in similar location, the music is really loud from club mambo next door till 4am every night and if you mention this to the staff they just brush you off . In a BIG word do not go there. This is a honest review trying to spare your pocket and pain 😀
