Hotel stays can really vary depending on the experience, but when it's good, it's great! a well-located hotel with comfortable amenities can make all the difference when you're traveling. It's nice when you feel welcomed by friendly staff and the room is clean and cozy, giving you a little retreat after a day out.

The staff were excellent, everyone we encountered. Helpful, courteous, sincere. The hotel is beautiful and kept immaculately clean. Thank you, our stay was amazing and we were reluctant to leave!

The room size was extremely small and suffocsting. Issues with water pool and room service. Hygiene issues as well.

nothing was good…i have spend 07 days in hotel
1. ac was sounding and partially not working, i have complained many times. but not repaired.
2. tv was not working i have complaint many times, but not repaired.
3. mattress was single type there was a gape between mattress condition was like two people can not sleep on one bed. the reply from hotel manager was, we have 90% single type mattress and this is our hotel speciality.
4. water pressure was very low in tab and also shower, if some body using shower beside my room, my room shower fully shut off and this was very horrible.
5. only one thing was good that was swimming pool.
5. overall rating was 0 (zero).

Terrible and worst experience ever. Fo basic eminities provided by the property owner, highly expensive and unprofessional... No food facilities in the resort. No car parking facility in the property and lot of issues created by the staff. Broken , damaged and rusted chairs, no electric kettle, broken electric switch boards. Untidy washroom, leakage in the taps continuously. TV and AC not working properly and staff resolved it after complaining. Not mineral water bottle provide in rooms.

Very good location. It's between calangute and baga. The property is on the main road. Everything is in a walking distance. Like bike on rent, restaurants, wine shops, general stores. The resort has a breakfast place and in the evening it opens its small bar. I enjoyed it.
