Eighteen of us touring with Flamingo Tours stayed at Olympus Plaza Hotel in Haputale on 9th and 10th June 2023. We were welcomed with a cup of tea on arrival. After check-in our baggage were delivered to our rooms. The room 645 allocated to us was comfortable, with clean, attractive bedding and towelling. Facilities included in the room were a fan, a kettle with tea and coffee, tv, two comfortable chairs and a dressing table. There is no air-conditioning as the climate does not require any. There were two outdoor chairs placed at the balcony that overlooked the hills beyond. The outside view was scenic and pleasant. The toilet was neat and white with clean towelling, soap, conditioner, and shampoo. Hot water was available but there was no hair dryer nor a fridge. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. There was a wide variety of dishes with varied flavours to satisfy our taste buds. Most of us looked forward to the meals. In the evenings our group sat together in comfort and privacy, enjoying a drink, chit-chat, and company before proceeding to dinner. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous always ready to assist. Thank you for a most comfortable stay.

I would like to highly recommend the hotel. Rooms are clean equipped with all the amenities necessary, stuff is very nice and helpful. Most importantly the view is amazing. We had a great time at the bar. I recommend trying the pink lady drink.

O hotel é fantástico, extremamente limpo e com um serviço 5 estrelas. O staff é super preocupado com o nosso bem estar, e tenho que referir a exímia conversa e aprendizagem sobre a história do país com o empregado Sagara que é de uma simpatia e inteligência fora do normal. O pequeno almoço é muito variado e com opções para todos os gostos, assim com o jantar buffet e à carta, ambos muitíssimo bem confecionámos e saborosos. Adorei a estadia e voltarei certamente!

La vue depuis la chambre est juste magique. Le temps peut changer en 5 mns du coup le paysage n'est jamais le même. Seules 3 chambres étaient occupées donc on s est senti un peu seul mais covid oblige , tout le monde s'adapte. Le dîner et le petit déjeunes sont excellents. L'hotel sert de l'alcool.

Hôtel tout confort avec chambres chauffées (il faisait 14 degrés le jour !). Wifi opérationnel. Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner et dîner parfaits avec excellent service. Vue extraordinaire.
