Schöne Zimmer, modern, teilweise mit Moskitonetz. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut, nicht als Buffet. Abends a la carte, morgens wird es an den Tisch gebracht. Eine Mischung aus europäischen und Sri Lankischen Frühstück. Sehr empfehlenswert. Im Rahmen einer Rundreise gebucht und nicht weit von der Partymeile Ellas entfernt, ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Everything was perfect. this is the perfect hotel for an affordable price in Ella.Their staff makes this place a wonderful place. Specially from reception to the room, their staff makes it a wonderful experience. There is a lady at their reception (one with specs) who is super friendly and (others as well) tell you all the things you should see in Ella. And their restaurant staff is awesome. I think this hotel is a great example of what hiring right people makes a difference at any hotel. Sorry, forgot to mention that their breakfast is free and you can’t eat all of what they offer, it’s too much. So definitely worth the price u pay.

l’hôtel est à quelques pas du centre animé tout en étant au calme et surtout avec une merveilleuse vue sur le Ella's rock. La chambre est spacieuse, très bien équipée, le lit confortable, la salle de bain..un pur bonheur avec une douche à jets massant. Et surtout le staff est incroyablement gentil, aux petits soins et très professionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Hotel con bonitas vistas desde el balcón de la habitación, con un personal extremadamemte amable, y en especial Imari que fue un encanto con nosotros. Las habitaciones están muy bien, y el desayuno es muy bueno porque te lo preparan si quieres al modo tradicional local, y con productos frescos y recién preparados. Esta a sólo tres minutos andando del centro, por lo que combina una buena ubicación con tranquilidad.

Ho soggiornato presso Ella Heritage una notte. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalla strada principale in cui si può trovare di tutto. Consiglio comunque di cenare al ristorante dell'hotel..Una delle migliori cene di tutto il viaggio con una vista bellissima. La camera è grande e confortevole, con ampio terrazzo. Personale gentile e professionale. Assolutamente consigliato.

Location was fairly ok, rooms located in the high floor which took significant efforts to go stairs. Luggage handling was offered. Car park located opposite to the hotel, the security man offered support but expecting some financial reward after the service. Room conditions are perfect, lucky this hotel got an air-conditioner. Hotel's restaurant was perfect, I had an enjoyable brekkie, the waiting staff was super duper friendly. Reception staff always escorting another team member for each inquiry when they visibly appearing in the rooms which I found so inappropriate and disturbing. Well, that's owner's rule. Bath towels were averagely cleaned. Perfect view to enjoy daily and I love this vibe.

Ella is a breathtakingly beautiful place with many activity options. The Ella Heritage is wonderfully placed in this landscape. The hotel itself is great, the breakfast is very tasty. However, the accommodations are very flawed. 1) First, there are always problems with hot water and with the WiFi. 2) Maintenance is unfortunately very poor: - Jacuzzi was very dirty and faulty, shower head broken, open cable lines right behind the shower (very dangerous). - Colony of ants next to Jacuzzi! -＞ Suite is therefore hardly worthwhile, better were the King Rooms 3) The staff is too young to make decisions quickly and effectively. 4) No insight whatsoever when mistakes are made known. No concession or an apology. For my wife and me it was not a nice stay. For my family who stayed in the King Rooms, it was ok. - Room Service barely worked: Food wasn't delivered, TV Channels aren't subscribed, etc. However, the best comes at the end: The manager is not available. Absolute no-go for such a hotel with a restaurant. The staff needs a better leader because they are totally overwhelmed with the tasks. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager. Maybe he read this post and will get back to me. That would be the least. Reviewed by a German and his Sri Lankan family.

Really nice place in the heart of Ella. Amazing views of the mountains and the landscape and modern rooms. I know it sounds a bit silly, but the shower unit in the bathroom was absolutely outstanding! The seating and restaurant areas are really special with great views and chill spaces, lovely to escape the business of the heart of Ella (5 min walk). A word of warning though, there are very steep steps which must be climbed in order to access the rooms so if you have any mobility issues another hotel might be better for those customers.

We stayed at the hotel for one day, it was really nice experience especially with the view they have and we would like to thank Imali in reception desk, she was so friendly and helped us a lot with a smiling face and kind attitude. The room was so clean with heritage style. It is close the centre and very quiet.
