Great property with exceptional clean and spacious rooms. The self service check in is super simple. Thank you for a lovely stay

Leider hatten wir erhebliche Probleme mit dem Check-in. Der bereitgestellte Zugangscode bzw. Check-in-Link funktionierte nicht, sodass wir keinen Zugang zur Unterkunft erhalten haben. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche konnten wir nicht einchecken. Die Unterkunft war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Auf unsere Nachrichten erhielten wir lediglich standardisierte Antworten wie „Wie können wir Ihnen helfen?“, ohne dass das eigentliche Problem gelöst wurde. Auch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit ******* konnte keine zeitnahe Lösung gefunden werden. Besonders irritierend war, dass im System später ein erfolgreicher Check-in vermerkt wurde, obwohl wir die Unterkunft niemals betreten konnten und nachweislich keinen Zugang erhalten haben. Dadurch mussten wir kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft buchen und blieben zusätzlich auf den Kosten dieser Buchung sitzen. Unsere Erfahrung war daher leider sehr enttäuschend. Wer hier bucht, sollte bedenken, dass bei Problemen mit dem Check-in offenbar keine verlässliche Erreichbarkeit oder schnelle Unterstützung gewährleistet ist.

Nice place to stay. This hotel they’re use key online thats so easy to use via our phone and we can check-in and check-out online thats so convenient. The room is really clean and nice but the air conditioner isn’t cooling very well. But overall, its really good. The hotel near supermarket that so convenient. And the restaurant at the hotels is really nice also.

The hotel had no reception, which is a glorified air bnb therefore not a hotel. The check-in system is lousy. You are reliant on your phone to open doors, what if your battery dies? Next, most of the staff were very unpleasant, rude at best. One of them literally hustled my partner to pay the bill mid-stay meanwhile the booking was in my name. I was in the room trying to pay via their lousy link which barely worked. Next the bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was too soft. We ended up with back pains. This area is too far from Amsterdam there’s no need. I do not recommend.and I’m actually very offended at how they hustled my partner to pay the bill mid-stay while the booking was in my name.

Heel mooie, ruime kamers met een prachtige badkamer. Het grote minpunt is dat er niet veel isolatie is. We hoorde tot 4u lawaai vanuit het restaurant onder het hotel.

On first glance (before booking) and just skimming over the room it was nice, very modern; a beautiful place. After the first nights stay we realised there were some issues. Firstly, I didn’t get the email on how to enter the property and there is no allocated receptionist for the hotel. So if there was no one in the restaurant to help, I wouldn’t have been able to enter. Secondly, the lighting in the room was very poor. Once the sun is setting you cannot do anything that requires light (eg makeup) we had our phone torches on. Thirdly, from the first day my friend had contacted the property about the next issue via WhatsApp (to my knowledge that’s the only way to contact them) and they never replied. I also messaged them about something (I booked the hotel) and they never replied to me. You would have to physically go down to the restaurant to ask someone there if you want anything. Fourth, from night 1 of our stay there was a leak from one of the extractor fans in the bathroom which created a puddle by the toilet and would travel to the sink and the bathroom door if you let it. We were mopping it up with towels everyday. Someone came in who I believe was maintenance, we told him about it & he said he’ll take a picture and be back, we never saw him again. The room was never turned over. We had to ask for towels. This isn’t something I’ve ever experience at a hotel. A bnb maybe, but not a hotel. The bed was lovely.

Great 2 in one hotel ! I loved this hotel , has a nice restaurant down stairs with huge portions , we didn’t get an email to check in when it was time so that was maybe the only issue
