Great centrally located hotel with enormous family room. Wonderful spread at breakfast too. Beds very comfortable, perfect temperature in the hotel and overall very clean. Some decor dated but have to accept that for location. Great place. Recommend for families.

El hotel es una casa antigua muy linda, por lo tanto no tiene ascensor, lo que es complicado con maletas, el parqueadero son 5 espacios muy estrechos, solo si vienen en carro pequeño es fácil, la señora que nos recibio y atendio es muy seria y poco amable para trabajar en un hotel, el desayuno es bueno típico desayuno frances ,no sirven nada caliente,solo jamones,queso, pan y cereal.

Would not recommend staying here! We did not get the room we ordered with double bed but 3 small old children beds that smelled of urine in a shared entrance at a price of over 200 €! Legally, we had the right to pay at check out, but she took over money at check in because she knew those things and thereby scammed us. There is no climate or balcony. The breakfast is very bad also in this price point, no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages etc. The front desk could also not see our booking and did not know anything. We offered to leave the hotel immediately and get our money back but she refused and said if we would leave she would not pay anything back.

Loved this great value hidden gem quirky hotel right in the centre of Baden Baden. Really friendly helpful host at reception and breakfast. The small breakfast area was packed with the widest selection of cold meats and cheeses we had seen anywhere, great fresh breads and cakes. Great size room with comfortable large bed and sofa. Looked like relatively recently refurbished rooms and en-suites. Unusually for such a central old town location we were able to pre book car parking which was ideal. The car parking entrance is very tight as is the small car park but we fitted a very large car in. Perfect for a stop off if driving through Europe in a lovely historic city just off the motorway.

The receptionist was unhelpful, we wanted parking, the receptionist told us that the parking spaces were taken, however this was not the case. The entrance to the car is very narrow, I drive a mid size suv and it took over 10 minutes careful manoeuvring to enter the car par and much longer to leave. The room was ok, but the bathroom is small, I thought less than 2 metres x 1.5 metres, it was small and difficult to use the bath/shower easily. The breakfast was very nice. Overall the hospitality and value for money were disappointing.

Kleines süßes Hotel, absolut zentral gelegen, nahe ****** und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, kleine aber ausreichende Zimmer, sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und ein super Frühstück… vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
