Was für ein großartiges Haus! Ein wahres Grandhotel, wie es heutzutage selten ist. Wenn im Bad nicht nur aufgeräumt wurde, sondern die persönlichen Utensilien in Reih und Glied auf einem weißen Tuch ausgerichtet sind, dann spürt man: Hier ist einfach alles perfekt.

服務一流，員工也很棒。我們特別喜歡在溫室裡享受美好的下午茶時光。夏天這裡尤其令人放鬆。氣氛和食物品質都很棒。

Brenners hotel in Baden is one of the best 5star hotels we have visited. The suit we had was huge and well decorated with mini bar included and sweets refill for my daughter, everyday. The restaurant, the food, the staff is all of high quality and exquisite tastes. The pool is big and warm with big windows and a nice view. A beautiful hotel to return again and again.

Un écrin du XIXième siècle dans la forêt noire d’Allemagne ! Cet hôtel historique de la collection Oetker s’accompagne d’un parc coupé par une rivière qui assure avec la nature une fraîcheur tout le long de la journée, de plusieurs restaurants aux couleurs de la région, d’un Spa accompagné d’une piscine , d’un complexe sportif et d’une clinique privée aux plus hauts standards internationaux agrémentes d’un magnifique jardin. La rosée du matin mis en relief par les rayons du Soleil jaillissant sur les bâtiments en pierre de taille du Brenners Park-Hotel Spa situé à proximité de tous les musées dont le Fabergé, du centre ville avec toutes ces boutiques avec des produits d’exceptions, des demeures au style colonial, des thermes dont le Caracalla, d’un club de tennis en terre battue, d’un Centre de Congrès ultra moderne et d’un ****** historique bâti par un français à l’époque Napoléon III, vous font vibrer vos sentiments. Je remercie tout particulièrement Cornelia - Développement & Relation Clientèle, Sacha de la réception avec son français excellent et Natalia - Spa pour la qualité de leurs prestations exceptionnelles et tout le service de l’hôtel. Il serait injuste de ne pas louer les qualités de cet immense palace et de leurs personnels vraiment au top. Mais trois choses m ont déplu : alors que le petit déjeuner était inclus dans l offre de prix, il m a été facturé à 91 euros pour deux personnes sous prétexte qu il était pris en chambre. On aurait au moins pu me prévenir. De même, le prix de la sôle au dîner à 189 euros fut excessif, même dans un hôtel de luxe. Enfin, je considère que l obligation de devoir laisser la clef de sa voiture, après l avoir rangée sur une place de l hôtel, à un voiturier, est une une arnaque...

Elegant stay at Villa Stephanie . The hotel is undergoing renovations but the Villa is open warm and welcoming. All the spa and pool gym are available as well .Helpfully provided us with food to go as we needed to leave early . Dinner in the Salon is cosy and very high quality with good value wines by the glass . Spotlessly clean . Couldn’t fault .

Brenners Park is exquisite in every way, facilities, staff, food, service and decor. I traveled with my husband who said he's been reading about this famed hotel for years and wanted to visit and stay there at some point. The hotel has beautiful grounds that are seperated from the adjoining park with a stream. We walked along the stream every day into town, the ******, and the famed therapeutic baths of Baden Baden. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable and we found the staff attentive, competent and knowledgeable. The main building is under renovation and we stayed at Villa Stephanie, one of the private adjoining villas which is part of the hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. Excellent breakfast and other meals at the restaurant. I can't wait to go back and stay at the renovated main building. I can only imagine the beauty, understated grandeur and experienced staff. Just LOVED it!

perfect. i’m hyper sensitive to mold. this hotel is pristine. they focus on wellness which is obviously helpful but so did our last moldy hotel. can even turn off wifi and power to the room for the emf sensitive . also it’s stunningly beautiful.

Visited Baden-Baden during recent trip to Germany and Austria. This was our 10th stay in a lovely town of Baden Baden and first stay in Brenners. FYI they are doing comprehensive renovation of the main building and we stayed in Villa Stephania. Intimate, ultra luxurious, modern, superb recreational facilities, service above and beyond, definitely top 10 hotels in Europe we stayed over the last 30 years of high end travel. Fabulous hotel, in a great location. The accommodation was outstanding, with a lovely outlook over the park and river, a few minutes' walk to the shopping area. The friendly staff were always available to help. The breakfast offerings were excellent, fresh and delicious. The bedding was one of the best we had experienced on our trip. Very happy to stay there again.
