My only regret about this place was only staying one night. We were on a long journey to Jafna driving our Tuk Tuk, and this was the perfect place to stop and unwind. The setting is stunning, rooms spacious, clean, and well equipped. The swimming pool set facing the river was a welcome treat. There is also a pool table, and they provide blue tooth speakers so you can play some tunes. There is also a well stock library. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Good food to go along with it. I would heartily recommend this place for an oasis of tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of travelling. Harry and Emma

OMG! What a find. This is a villa with several big rooms and a dining area. It’s surrounded by trees (there were monkeys!). The pool is gorgeous! The host telephoned to see what time we would be arriving, whether we would like a meal and gave us a choice, would we like wine and beer and what time would we like it. We ate a gorgeous curry and bread. The host was so friendly and helpful

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Rivendell Twiste Rivendell Twisted Tree is a hidden gem in the deep jungle, where you can experience the beauty and tranquility of nature. The place is surrounded by sounds of birds, peacocks and river, creating a soothing atmosphere. There is also a swimming pool where you can cool off and relax. The local hosts are very friendly and hospitable, and they provide fresh milk from their own cow, cookies and delicious meals cooked in clay pots on fire. They use eco-friendly methods to make fire with coconut shells, which adds to the charm of the place. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the city and enjoy a peaceful and memorable stay.
