Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und serviceorientierte Personal (Carmen, Davor und die nette Dame vom Frühstücksbuffet). Positiv ist auch die ruhige Lage und das schöne Interieur im Restaurant und Nebenbereich. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und empfehlenswert. Hunde sind willkommen und kosten 10 € am Tag. Verbesserungswürdig wäre z.B eine neue Matratze (die in unseren Zimmer 15 war doch sehr durchgelegen), ein Smart TV - die heutzutage üblich sein sollten. Kleine Renovierungsarbeiten im Bad (Risse in Deckenbereich, Spiegelbeleuchtung) sowie der Austausch der Toilettenbrille (gelber Rand ersichtlich) Fazit: Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit leichten Abstrichen.

We recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in Bad Wiessee, conveniently located within a short walking distance to the beautiful shore of Tegernsee. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our room, situated on the roadside, was spacious and featured a lovely bathroom, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered was delightful, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the staff was both friendly and professional, contributing positively to our overall experience. However, our stay was marred by some significant inconveniences. The hotel was undergoing roof repairs to address leakages, which unfortunately resulted in the entire building being shrouded in scaffolding. This construction work caused considerable noise the leakages left visible stains on the sealing and a noticeable smell of humidity in the room. Regrettably, we were not informed about the ongoing construction in advance, nor were we offered any discount for the inconvenience it caused. While the staff did apologize for the disruption, it would have been appreciated to have received some compensation or at least a prior warning. Overall, while the hotel has a lot of potential and many positive aspects, the timing of our visit was less than ideal due to the construction. We hope to return in the future to experience the hotel in its full charm, free from the disturbances of repair work.
