Hotel bello e centrale ma la reception vuota al nostro arrivo senza indicazioni su come prendere possesso della camera non sono affatto piaciute. Card per aprire la camera era dietro il bancone, siamo entrate solo grazie all’aiuto di una gentilissima signora portoghese che lavora in hotel e che passava dall’ingresso….il self check in, se attivato, deve però essere gestito bene! Abbiamo aspettato più di un’ora, senza risposte, neanche al telefono, malgrado oltretutto la camera fosse indicata come pronta alle 14.30. Non ci torneremo, peccato.

Les plus: - Jolie chambre rénovée - Chambre propre - Hôtel très bien situé dans Bad Ragaz Les moins: - Pas de personnel à la réception - Impossible d'effectuer le check-out et de payer la chambre. Aucune réponse au téléphone. Carte de crédit débité après-coup d'un montant plus élevé que la réservation (environ 8% de plus) - Extérieur très bruyant (trafic routier et clocher à proximité) - Places de parc restreintes et exigües. Conclusion: Je n'y retournerai pas.

A great location and the rooms are SUPER SPACIOUS. Would definitely come back again. The check-in and check-out are automated, very easy and convenient. The service on the phone was also great and informative. The Hotel has an elevator therefore it is easily accessible.

I prefer not to do a bad review, but we gave this hotel every opportunity to resolve our issues but got zero back from them. I don't have a problem with self check in, but then we had no hot water, and subsequently cold showers. Despite speaking to someone who could speak english on the phone, who assured me it would get resolved, it didn't. Resulting in cold showers again in the morning. There were a couple of other things wrong with the room, which we reported, but it was the lack of hot water that was unacceptable. Numerous emails later where we were promised financial compensation, but this has never been forthcoming. Its the attitude to us, as the service user, that is the most galling. The restaurant however, was excellent. The food delicious, good portion size and value for money. Plus a great breakfast. The staff were lovely, but with limited English, tried to be helpful. We got the impression they were independent of the hotel.

+ The room was huge, very comfortable and had a Netflix account set up on the TV + The restaurant was really good, we enjoyed steak and wine + Great location in the centre ' There aren't always staff around, but when they are they are friendly ' The breakfast was fine - It would be good if there was a proper luggage storage (also for snowboards) - It would be good to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room, rather than the tiny bottles of "all in one" - It would be good if the room was cleaned and new water and coffee provided each day (it was only the bed that was made) - It would be good if the toilerties were from Rituals as advertised - I was disappointed

Kürzlich verbrachten wir in Ihrem Boutique-Hotel Ochsen 3 Nächte. Die Zimmereinrichtung sowie das Frühstücksbuffet waren wunderbar, Wir hatten den Wunsch nach einem gemütlichen Hotel mit der Idee, wie wir es im Internet beschrieben bekamen. Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht, dass die Reception stets unbedient ist, Auf Ihrer Website erwähnen Sie u.a.: "Das Ziel unseres jungen motivierten Teams ist es, Sie den grauen Alltag vergessen zu lassen und Ihnen wundervolle Momente zu schenken." Leider ist dies nicht der Fall, da das Herz in diesem Hotel fehlt, nämlich eine herzliche Person, die Ihnen entgegenkommt. Ein Mensch kann man nicht durch ein schönes Möbel oder wertvolles Bild ersetzen. Ihr Dossier im Zimmer erwähnt, dass Sie 24 Stunden telefonisch erreichbar sind. Dies gibt einem ein unsicheres Gefühl, da man nicht weiss, was für ein Mensch dahintersteckt. In einem Kurort wie Bad Ragaz (und in der Regel) reichen dreistellige Telefonnummern wie 144, 118, 112 nicht, sondern es müssen auch namentlich gewisse Spezialärzte aufgelistet sein. In diesem Fall stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Ihre Angaben im Internet nicht. Demzufolge müssen Sie in Ihrer Website und überall kommunizieren, dass Sie (als Kontaktperson anstelle der Reception) nur telefonisch erreichbar sind, und der Preis muss deutlich nach unten korrigiert werden. Ferner im Zimmer konnte man den Kühlschrank nicht öffnen, und Safe war nicht vorhanden.
