Der Check-in verlief problemlos und die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft im Vorhinein ebenso. Die Zimmer waren für ihren Preis gut ausgestattet - das Frühstück hätte etwas vielfältiger sein können. Wir haben für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen im Hotel übernachtet. Im einen 3er-Zimmer war das dritte Bett ein Klappbett... Für 1 Nacht okay, aber hätten wir dort länger übernachtet, dann hätte wir (an der nicht besetzten Reception) wohl reklamiert. Im grössten Zimmer mit der schönen Aussicht auf die Kirche ging leider das Fenster nicht zu (war bei der Anreise bereits offen). Das in Kombination mit der Kirche, welche die ganze Nacht durch schlug, war nicht sehr angenehmen. Bei der Anreise war auch bereits ein Socken im Zimmer auffindbar, welcher nicht von uns war und der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer war kaputt (Ton ging, aber keinen Bildschirm). Für 1 Nacht war das Hotel okay, würde es aber nicht über mehrere Tage Zeit buchen.

Card per aprire la camera era dietro il bancone, siamo entrate solo grazie all’aiuto di una gentilissima signora portoghese che lavora in hotel e che passava dall’ingresso….il self check in, se attivato, deve però essere gestito bene! Abbiamo aspettato più di un’ora, senza risposte, neanche al telefono, malgrado oltretutto la camera fosse indicata come pronta alle 14.30. Non ci torneremo, peccato.

社用で滞在、駅から少し歩くが隣にスーパー、パブ、カフェ、大変便利。交差点に面した部屋で外からの視線が気になる、おまけに教会の鐘も。部屋が広く、チェックイン、アウトも無人もこじんまりしてて好印象。

A great location and the rooms are SUPER SPACIOUS. Would definitely come back again. The check-in and check-out are automated, very easy and convenient. The service on the phone was also great and informative. The Hotel has an elevator therefore it is easily accessible.

First thought, we may get disturbed with Church Bell after reading some reviews however Not at all. Location is superb as Bus stop 1 minute for Pizol, Tamina Thermal pool , Shps, Restaurants, Shops , Train Station are walking distance The Best Bakery with best coffee and Very hospitable owner/ staff just next to It - FASSLER Room was very clean, comfortable bed, large TV with thousands channels, Fridge, Tea& Coffee… Breakfast was really quality with plenty choices with daily fresh bread & croissant , No hot food but be honest we did not miss :-) There was fresh orange juice but seems only Saturday & Sunday mornings! We ate at their Restaurant 1 day. Very delicious food, very polite service Team. Loved the lentil soup, Thank you chef! No staff around, keys are on the reception desk when you come. We met a lady ( sorry can not remember her name, from Portugal ) who was very hard working, polite, helpful and Hospitable. A few area to improve Very bad smell like sweage when you enter the Hotel - all 6 days we stayed Checked boiled Eggs , seems Not daily put as we wanted to have on first day but it was off. We did not try after Overall, Great place to stay, we will be back and recommended

+ The room was huge, very comfortable and had a Netflix account set up on the TV + The restaurant was really good, we enjoyed steak and wine + Great location in the centre ' There aren't always staff around, but when they are they are friendly ' The breakfast was fine - It would be good if there was a proper luggage storage (also for snowboards) - It would be good to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room, rather than the tiny bottles of "all in one" - It would be good if the room was cleaned and new water and coffee provided each day (it was only the bed that was made) - It would be good if the toilerties were from Rituals as advertised - I was disappointed
