這不是一家酒店，而是一家賓館。 房間很小，房間裡沒有咖啡/茶等。雙人床上有單人羽絨被？食物還可以- 沒有什麼值得興奮的- 但是還好...經理不友好，不會討論我們自己的葡萄酒的開瓶費，希望立即用現金支付葡萄酒- 儘管我們仍然預訂了一晚，想要6歐元搬運！當質疑他的推理時，他感到很惱火。也許他不該熱情好客！

This hotel is very over rated. I was traveling with a Tauck group and we stayed here to see the Passion Play. The Oberammergau committee selected this hotel for us. Tauck had zero input into the decision. My room was old and dirty. I wouldn’t walk on the carpet in bare feet. I tried to change rooms but the manager was not accommodating. I looked at another room and was debating whether I should stay near my group or move. The other room was on the second floor and there wasn’t an elevator so I didn’t trust that they would handle my luggage without damaging it. As I was trying to decide which room to stay in, the very grumpy owner looked at me and my tour director and said “well which room is it?”. His tone was nasty and he was obviously not happy with me. Ultimately I decided to stay near my group. The room furniture was cheaply made and the front piece of the desk furniture fell off when I tried to close it. My balcony had a huge spider web on it with a very large spider hanging in it. The outdoor furniture was very worn and also cheaply made. I made the mistake of looking for a plug only to notice how dirty the carpet and plugs were. We were there for two nights and I was very happy to leave. I did look at the pictures that are posted here on TripAdvisor. The room pictures are all from the management of the hotel. You should be suspicious when there are zero traveler pictures.

Unfortunately we only stayed here one night when we went to the Passion Play in Oberammergau. This place was lovely & I wished we would have stayed a second night just to explore area. Rooms were comfortable & quiet. The grounds were just beautiful. Wish we would have been able to go to the spa!

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Passion Play Package. Lovely room with a balcony - the bathroom was cramped though. The shower door hit the toilet on opening and leaked all over the floor ! Gorgeous gardens with splendid backdrop of mountains . Breakfast was lavish and extensive and good evening meal. As stated, no tea/coffee facilities in room , but, not usual in many European hotels. A very comfortable , brief stop over .

Meine Frau und ich haben beim Checkout dem männlichen Geschäftsführer des Hotels auf mehrere Unstimmikeiten in der Rechnung aufmerksam gemachte, woraufhin dieser began sich über meine Frau zu beschweren, obwohl unsere Anmerkungen zu den Belegen richtig waren. Das Hotel hat eine nicht erbrachte Leistung abzukassieren versucht und dies erst eingestanden, als wir ihn darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir gerne den unterschriebenen Zettel, den man nach jeder Behandlung unterschreiben muss, gerne sehen wollen. Dann hat er in extrem unhöflicher und beleidigender Weise gesagt, dass er uns das zu viel gebuchte Geld zurück gibt, wenn wir so arm sind, dass wir unbedingt um jeden einzelnen Euro streiten müssen und das Geld unbedingt brauchen (die falsch gebuchte Behandlung kostete 58€!!!), aber er “diskutiere nicht mit uns”, warum er versuchte, einen nicht gegebenen Zahlungsanspruch geltend zu machen. Auch das Leitungswasser, das laut ihm am ersten Abend konstenlos sein sollte, mussten wir bezahlen. Anstatt eine sachliche Diskusion durchzuführen hat er nur gezeigt, dass die Hotelbranche eine grundlegende Erneuerung dringend benötigt. Oder zumindest alljährliche Knigge-Kurse oder eine staatliche Notfallstelle, die man in dem Fall, dass Hotelmanager mit Drohungen falsche Forderungen durchzusetzen versuchen, schnell anrufen kann.
