設施：比較舊 衞生：一般 環境：很好，在一個很大的休閑廣場邊上，周圍有很多飯店和大商場 服務：還不錯 樓上有個酒吧，不過每天很早就關閉

環境位置各方面都不錯，但是服務不太讓人滿意。因為身體不適，吐在了酒店，主動跟酒店溝通賠償了，一開始酒店説3000多比索我也同意，但最後非要收6000多。

小城市酒店已經不錯了。酒店門口就是公園，一公里不到就有購物中心。早餐主要是當地的食物，不過花樣也不少。

服務很好！房間舒適乾淨！有機會一定會再來入住！ 可惜泳池有點小！但很夠用了！交通也非常方便！ 對面就有711和24小時的超群

酒店服務比較差，我訂的大床房，結果給我辦完入住，我進房間才發現是雙床房，問前台説單人間沒有了。。。。。。。一副理所當然的樣子

房間不錯，就是比較潮濕

We never feel disappointed. We feel like coming home. The staff is well trained friendly, and helpful. Otherwise, we will not stay there at least twice a year!

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.
