La mejor atención que he recibido en muchos años y en muchos viajes, impecable!!. El hotel es muy bonito y está cuidado al máximo, con acceso directo a la laguna y dos pequeñas piscinas muy cuidadas. Las habitaciones son encantadoras. Los desayunos y comidas son de una excelente calidad. Pero por encima de todo está la atención de todo el personal que trabaja allí, son un verdadero encanto, se desviven por atenderte bien, de forma muy discreta.... me ha parecido muy difícil de mejorar. Mi más humilde enhorabuena.

The hotel is in every aspect extraordinary. Its concept of hosting a maximum of 28 guests in 14 rooms should make each guest feel very special. It definitely worked for us! The attention given to me from the time I started my booking until arrival was the first sign this hotel puts its emphasis on service. I had booked the nicest suite available in the hotel right on the dock with our own patio facing the lagoon. The room was spacious and comfortable with a killer view. The restaurant although with only two tables fits the extraordinary concept of the hotel. Most guests enjoyed their meals either in their rooms, on balconies or tables on the pool patio. The food was impeccable and although Bacalar offers a great variety of good restaurants which we also enjoyed we came back over and over for our meals at the hotel. The fried pulpo is to die for. All in all this was an experience that we will not forget. The thing that I will definitely not forget to mention is how incredibly the whole team at the hotel contributed to make our stay a success. We would like to thank the manager Luis with his incredible team leader skills and his whole team with all our hearts for treating us as you did. Muchísimas gracias y espero que nos vemos pronto.
