I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

Pengalaman yang baik menginap di sini, meskipun saat check-in harus antre sangat panjang karena musim liburan. Kamar bersih, staf ramah, fasilitas oke, sarapan lezat, dan banyak aktivitas sederhana namun menyenangkan buat anak-anak. Terima kasih untuk Kak Reza yang sudah menemani aktivitas anak-anak. Ke depan mungkin akan menginap kembali di sini untuk mencoba foam party, kemarin tidak jadi karena hujan deras sepanjang hari.

The location of the hotel was strategic, near Ah Poong market and the Aeon Mall Sentul. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast also provides lots of different variety.
