SOLTHUS 飯店及水療中心

I thought the Soltus hotel was amazing - after a 60K sweaty cycle to get there from Stralsund, we were greeted on arrival with a Prosecco, and the staff were charming and kind. The food was delicious - the hotel had an excellent high-quality breakfast buffet including smoked fish and delicious pastries and fruit salad, and dinner was unusual and tasty. The pool was small but clean and great to relax in, we were given fluffy white bath robes. In the evening the bar boat next door was atmospheric and welcoming, in a lovely location. All in all our stay was quiet and relaxing - and in a beautiful location on a cycle route along the waterfront. The short rowing boat trip over to the hotel was part of the whole adventure and good fun.

Deutlich überteuert, woanders erhält man für die Hälfte des Preises ein angenehmeres Erlebnis. Sehr störend war auch, dass uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt wurde, vor dem direkt eine Bühne mit lauter Musik stand. Wir durften kein anderes Zimmer nehmen, weil das Hotel voll ausgebucht sei, beim Frühstück war dann aber gähnende Leere. Das ganze Ambiente hat etwas künstliches und ist ganz anders, als man es aufgrund der Homepage erwarten würde. Deshalb die Empfehlung: Durchfahren und die Fähre nach Skandinavien besteigen.
