Nice staff and clean rooms.

Schönes Motel in der Nähe von Supermärkten und anderen Einkaufsläden. Sichere und saubere Gegend. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind mit Kühlschrank und Mirkowelle ausgestattet und waren sauber. 40 Minuten bis Universal Studios und Hollywood. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Wir blieben 4 Tage und waren zufrieden. Würde es auf jedenfall wieder buchen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis ! L'accueillante a été très gentille avec nous et nous a même offert des petits snacks, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cela ! Les lieux semblent un peu vieillissants mais c'est tout a fait confortable. Le quartier semble plutôt calme. Le point négatif peut être l'isolation, on peu attendre facilement les voisins. Il y a une laverie juste devant ce qui peut être très pratique. Nous sommes très satisfaits et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente !

Non smoking room smelled like smoking. The shower curtain had not plastic lining so water had to be cleaned up after showers.

I hesitated to review as the staff was amazing but I was really mislead by the star rating on this one and hoped to just share that while it was fine for a one night quick stay it’s not in the caliber of other 8.5 places we’ve stayed. We travel for a living so we stay in some good some, not so much. Generally spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels so we do have a reference. It was mostly clean and some parts of room were upgraded. Bed was comfy but room was noisy. We could hear all above and to the sides of us. I’m sure just due to being an older hotel. No cable tv which is unusual in 2023 but we were not in room much. All vending machine and ice were out of order. I would stay again.

One night stay and it was a very good for price compared to other locations nearby.

I really enjoy staying at the Arrow Inn especially when it’s more than an overnight stay. I always ask for a room on the first floor because I have trouble going up and down stairs, and they are kind enough to accommodate me. The staff is really very sweet and so welcoming. I feel it’s the little things that really make the Arrow Inn really stand out.

Courteous staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It's nothing fancy but it's fair for the price.

Maybe some signage or a friendly reminder from the staff about late check ins about excessive noise after 10pm. I had to wake up early, and there was more than one late arrival that was loud enough to wake people up.
