Good points are the cleaningness and the amenities such as the jacuzzi. Staying in September weekday was quiet.
Bad points the strong smell in the apartment that seems to have humidity problems. The sofa was uncomfortable if someone plans to sleep there.
Surroundings outside the complex are beautiful, there's a path on the top car park.
Parking was very limited on the top.

Second time staying here and would come back again. Amber restaurant on site is a great asset, lovely home cooked food and great service.
We had an issue with the shower but the service man was sent straight away and sorted in quick time.

This is our second visit as a family at the Cromer Country Club.
This visit we had extended out our invitation to our parents.
We all enjoyed our 4 night stay. This place is brilliant and accommodating for families. We have a 9 month old baby. We asked for an apartment close to the road so we could have easy access for a pram. Which they did.
Staff friendly.
The restaurant catered for our baby and the food was delicious.
You can walk to the coast comfortably.
The apartment was clean, updated, and accessible for our family.
We would definitely recommend and go again.

Everything was fine. A very nice well appointed room. The only issue we had was that the green security light in the room was like a green laser and was so bright it prevented both me and my wife from sleeping. I asked reception to try and do something about it and their solution was to stick some blutack over the bulb. They actually stuck it on the wrong side of the bulb so though it was better it still caused issues for sleeping. How on earth something so bright could be allowed it really beggared belief. Clearly when l went to reception to complain about it tit was something that previous guests had complained about.

Wow. We loved our short stay here.
The location was perfect with a beautiful short stroll into Cromer.
The flat was fabulous - presented beautifully and great attention to detail.
The leisure facilities were some of the best we've ever used.

Excellent from booking to leaving.
Brilliant surroundings although hilly.

Answered any questions nothing too much trouble.
Apartment has everything you need.
Reception were very accommodating as we requested if possible to put us next to our family and we were next door to them.
Clean, and spacious.
Pool is lovely. Jacuzzi excellent
Changing room clean, only thing it needs is a spin dryer for your swimwear.
Restaurant is lovely, food excellent, service friendly and prompt.
Well done to all the staff 👏👏👏👏👏

Good price and swimming pool included is a bonus when travelling with children.
Location is a nice walk into town, about 20mins, just very hilly. So worth noting if you have children in prams. Didn’t use the bar or other facilities.
Grounds were pleasant but rooms could do with an air freshener or just better ventilation as had an odd smell and felt stuffy. Rooms kept cool despite 28° weather. Bathroom and bedding clean but dust and cobwebs around.
