Hotel across road from rail station, good size room with very comfortable bed. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Perfekt gelegen um Norwich zu erkunden, fast direkt beim Bahnhof und nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Ich hatte einen premier room, mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Im Hotel gibt es ein einfaches Restaurant. Dss Frühstück war ok, nicht überwältigend. Das Bad sehr sauber. Preis Leistung ist voll in Ordnung. Es gibt Parkplätze.

Stayed here on 29th December, great staff on reception that made my daughters day after she won on raffle :) they’ll know who they are , thank you again. Rooms standard premier inn rooms but unlike any other premier inn room I’ve had you could actually open the windows and we had a small balcony (room 129) 10-15 minute walk into town and a stone’s throw away from Norwich train station. A few restaurants and a bowling alley 5 minutes away from hotel. Don’t bother with the TGI Fridays though you’ll get a much better meal at a very reasonable price at the table table restaurant onsite. All in all a great stay and will definitely stay again.

A great hotel for a few days away. We stayed in Norwich as a base for visits by train to different parts of the Norfolk Suffolk coast. This hotel does need a bit of TLC on the outside but the rooms are great. The disabled facilities are probably the best we have ever had (even from the 4 star hotels we have stayed in) The food is good pub grub and the breakfast is good.

The hotel's nice and quiet, and in a great location. As always with Premier Inn, the bed is fantastic, and I slept well every night. Unfortunately, I did run into a problem with my room, and when I went down to reception to complain, the staff member simply handed me a card to come and post a review on here. So yeah ... if you're coming here to work (like I did), don't waste your money on the hotel's wifi service. It's provided by Virgin (who themselves showed zero interest in sorting it out), and certainly the staff member I saw on reception left me feeling that they weren't interested in assisting (or refunding!) in any way either. Pedestrian access from town is via an unlit access road too - something to be aware of. Wasn't fun dodging cars in the dark that couldn't see me when returning to the hotel late at night.
