Very happy with my stay. The staff was amazing

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend in Norwich. We were checked in by Scott who was super friendly & welcoming. The hotel has obviously recently been refurbished & looks really lovely. We got into our room which was clean & fresh, no problems at all. Staff all very friendly. After a very good night sleep & ready to check out of our room, we saw Christina who was very friendly & professional. We needed some advice on the area & she went above & beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good night sleep with a comfortable, clean bed !

An amazing place to stay right in the heart of nightlife of Norwhich, bars, pubs, clubs are all around, yet the rooms are quiet. The workers were perfectly accommodating, rooms were clean and cozy, would love to have a mini fridge in the room but it's no biggie. Totally worth staying there.

I’ve been in this hotel several times. Each time I get checked by the professional staff Scott I know I get the best stay. Scott is very supportive, fast and very friendly. Also he very good at his job. I just requested a quiet room and Scott made sure I had the best stay. For sure you need more staff like Scott. My check in took few minutes and I was given my key. Well done Scott.

Have stayed a few times here now as great value for money. Location is perfect to get to station or town. The room I had this time had been nicely renovated and although I didn't use this time the bar and restaurant renovation look really smart and modern.
