Is this residence even trading???? We have been trying to get hold of the hotel for over a week now regarding our booking, due to arrive tomorrow (31st March). We have had absolutely no response from the hotel and *********** are waiting for the hotel to get back in-touch with them. We have tried daily to get hold of the residence and ***********, 4 times . . . we are more than frustrated at this point. My wife had a very nasty fall and is awaiting an operation next week. We are unable to travel to the hotel, even as much as we want too! We had hoped to postpone our holiday until next year, and the conversation with the hotel would have been to rebook for 2023. We are creatures of habit and have been back to the same apartment in Tignes for the last 8 years, Our children are now of the age where we would be looking to remain going to Tignes, but also enjoy a regular second week/10 day holiday, possibly for the next 8 years. We could have been regular visitors to Pierre & Vacances Residence Atria-Crozats. However, as it stands, we will never book with them again and will instead book with a company that values their customers and consider the possibility of ongoing business . . . or even at-least the book somewhere where the management can be bothered getting back to the guests. Sadly, it looks like we have lost our money on this trip . . . but . . . Pierre & Vacances Residence Atria-Crozats have lost 8+ years of our booking with them.
