Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, and Home Depot are all within 5 min drive. Our home is also just 6 minutes from EagleVail Golf Club featuring a Par 3 golf course. Plus, all you have to do is take the elevator down and below our condo are fabulous Mexican, pizza, hibachi restaurants, a golf bar, massage and nails and so much more! No uber needed! Not to mention, just head out of the condo, and you are a short walk from two bus stops (please see “other things to note” for more details) that either take you directly to Beaver Creek or Vail Resorts. Beaver Creek is a short 8-minute drive away (3.1 miles) and world-famous Vail is just 14 minutes to the west. (9.6 miles), so no need to drive and park for your mountain fun! However, here are some very helpful tips on how to best control the temperature during the few hotter summer months: When you arrive, the blinds will be down. We recommend during the hottest parts of the day to leave them down. Opening the back doors and the windows upon arrival in addition to turning on the fans will also help. We have provided two tall black fans with a remote as well as two round fans in each bedroom for your added comfort. There also is a ceiling fan in the living room. When you leave, we ask that you kindly leave the blinds down for the next guest.
