The property was great. Communication could've been better in regards to the door lock not working.

Great place for family We had a great stay! One small hiccup - the electric lock stopped working and we were locked out for a short time. The finished area with the sandbox downstairs was a huge hit with the littles!! The backyard is large, the water isn’t very accessible for little ones, but there is a day use beach about 5 miles from the house. Very nice home and very comfortable.

Excellent house. Great location on the sound. Well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Only downside was the one bathroom. Might be an issue for more than four people. Would definitely stay again.

Clean House, Great Location, Quiet w/ Lots of Amenities in Avon Great, clean, cozy 3 BR / 1 Bath house in a quiet location on the Outer Banks in Avon! Amazing sound side access and close drive to all of the ORV beaches. Comfy beds, clean bathroom with nice shower, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room to relax (with a pull out Futon for another bed). We spent most of our time fishing the outer banks, but I could see this being a fun place to just relax in the summer (or anytime), with beautiful sunset views and all sorts of amenities for families and adults! (paddle board, kayak's, fishing rods, beach toys, chairs, etc.) Host was super friendly and easy to get access code and check in. 10/10 - Would stay here again.

Cute and cozy Perfect location in Avon. Cutely decorated. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Little jewel with fantastic views.
