Absolute garbage service. Our flights into the country were delayed. They “kindly” reminded us on our train ride to the city we missed check in and could no longer stay the night. Worst service ever!!!! Book at your own risk. Should put zero stars as we have no place to stay for the night. And have to search around the city on a late rainy night.

We stayed just one night at No. 15 and loved it! Really lovely little hotel right in the heart of Avignon. Since we were only there one night, we didn't get to take advantage of the pool (which is quite small) but it was a perfectly relaxing spot for a night. The building itself is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful, though there was a snafu and we were put in the wrong room after requesting a specific one for our honeymoon. We were given the option to switch after unpacking, but we didn't have time and each room was quite pretty, so it didn't feel important. All in all, a really calm and lovely place to stay for a few days.

Excellent in every way. The fantastic hosts, the room, the location and the breakfasts. Valerie and Jean - Luc were so friendly and helpful. We mentioned to Jean - Luc we were visiting Arles and unprompted he obtained a train timetable for us. They were attentive though not obtrusive.

Très agréable B&B : très bien situé au coeur d'Avignon, dans le quartier historique. Rue très calme et maison de très belle qualité. Excellent accueil de Jean Luc et Valérie qui sont très disponibles et d'une grande gentillesse. Les chambres sont belles et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner de qualité. A recommander sans hésiter Pierre

A fabulous little gem in the centre of the old town of Avignon and close to Palais des Papes. Jean-Luc and Valerie are excellent and welcoming hosts. Newly renovated and furnished, the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast room is gorgeous and we were served delicious croissants and fresh fruit with a view to the lovely outdoor space and plunge pool. We highly recommend this quiet and lovely space for your visit to Avignon.

Dear Valerie and Jean-Luc (and Beatrice). Thank you all for such a wonderful stay at your absolutely beautiful hotel. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone visiting Avignon. The hotel and rooms are absolutely superb. We had a room downstairs and our friends upstairs. It was perfect. Thank you for accommodating our special requests and for your very kind hospitality and fabulous breakfast each morning. Look no further if you are wanting an authentic French accommodation for a romantic couples stay or to enjoy with friends. It’s absolutely divine. We will be back for sure! Thank you again.
