In the highlands on business and needing a stopover to break up the journey back down to Northern England. This is a delightful B&B which punches above its weight with facilities and quality that out does most hotels. A very warm and genial welcome from Jim who took time to explain the available facilities and breakfast arrangements etc. The room is very nicely set out and spotless. Excellent en suite facilities and the property is perfectly located for a short walk down to the centre of the town. The bed was very comfortable and after a solid nights sleep the breakfast was top class. Great selection of fresh fruit and cereals with a superb Scottish breakfast served up with freshly filtered coffee. You get the impression that Jim and Lorraine take genuine pleasure from the satisfaction of their guests and go the extra mile to provide a memorable experience. 10/10. Will return

This one of the great air B&Bs . Room was large and so was the shower area . The place was absolutely spotless Breakfast was top drawer Nothing was an issue from the hosts Will definitely return when we I go back to loch Morlich in the summer when the water is a tad warmer 😂

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of Aviemore. We were made very welcome by Jim and Lorraine and treated to an exceptional breakfast. We appreciated suggestions for local walks which we so enjoyed. Restaurants, bars and shops just along the road. Thank you so much. Hopkinsons.

This is one of the cutest place I have ever been at. Jim is a great host. Kind, easy to communicate with and very helpful. We needed a room for one night only and he accommodated us on the spot. What a lovely and well maintained home! The beds are super comfy and the room we had was big and crystal clean as per the bathroom. Very quiet place, we had a nice rest and ready to explore the beautiful surroundings of the area. Good coffee and yummy home cooked breakfast! 100% recommend and already planning to go back! Great location. Handy for buses, trains and all amenities. We had a lovely room with a view of the snowy mountains . Good range of tasty hot and cold options at breakfast. Jim and Lorraine couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. We definitely hope to be back.
