cuando llegue al hotel, desde luego ni se parecia al hotel que yo habia contratado, se lo manifeste a los responsables del hotel, que no me quedaba en el hotel, la recepcionista del hotel me dijo que de acuerdo y que me devolvian el importe ya pagado, delante de mi la recepcionista me aseguro que me devolverian el importe pagado y que ******* me reembolsaria el importe pagado, todavia a fecha de hoy estoy esperando la devolucion de dicho importe. CONCLUSION: que el hotel no cumple lo que anuncian y que ******* no cumple con lo acordado con el con la devolucion del importe pagado, viajo con frecuencia a Portugal, pero desde luego "JAMAS" volvere a gestionar ningun alojamiento a traves de *******, si lo hice fue porque me ofrecio mejor precio, lo que quiere decir que lo "barato siempre es mas caro", mi recomendacion es que no reserven a traves de *******.

Belle chambre propre. Très bien située, à 5 minutes à pieds de tous les restaurants et bars. Personnel très gentil, stationnement facile à trouver et bon déjeuner

The hotel is lovely and very comfortable, and the price was more than reasonable for the value. The rooms have everything one needs and the bed was just right. The location is excellent; a block and a half to the canal and great restaurants. Breakfast buffet was amazing; many, many foods to select from, including proteins, fresh fruit and pastries--super variety. The coffee machine offered many options also. But, the best thing about the hotel was the staff--the receptionists behind the desk were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because my purse had been stolen and I had no phone, they made reservations for us for tours and restaurants, and all of their recommendations were spot on. Luciana and Catarina took wonderful care of us, and we appreciated it more than we can say.
