DO NOT FALL FOR TREEBO’S FALSE PROMISES! Our stay at Hotel La Paradise was not just disappointing — it was frustrating, unhygienic, and completely misrepresented by Treebo Club. This entire trip was a waste of money, time, and mental peace. Here’s a brutally honest breakdown of what we faced: • Room conditions were pathetic: Wall paints chipped off, visible damp patches, and a constant musty odor that made staying inside unbearable. • No working geyser, forcing us into cold showers. • AC was barely functional — it sounded like it was running but never cooled the room. • Cockroaches were roaming inside the room — a huge health and hygiene red flag. • Zero room service even after repeated calls. • Reception was unattended, no staff available when we needed help. • Telecom lines were dead — no intercom or landline worked. • Wi-Fi was unstable — worked “sometimes”, mostly disconnected. • The buffet was offered just for the name’s sake, with no cleanliness at the food counter. • Flies were literally sitting on bread slices, and the butter served was old, discolored, and unfresh. • Tables were dirty and sticky, cutlery wasn’t clean either — we lost our appetite just looking at the setup. • The property was under renovation, and there were laborers working and moving around openly near the swimming pool. • How can anyone relax in a pool while strange workers are staring at you? That’s not hospitality — that’s discomfort at its peak. • To call this a “premium property” is a mockery. TREEBO CLUB IS EQUALLY TO BLAME We booked this through the Treebo Club mobile app, where we were clearly told by their agent that this was a “prime property with a pool, amazing food, top amenities, and perfect location.” In reality: • Property was under renovation • No staff assistance • Restaurant had no à la carte options and was itself under repair • Absolutely zero hospitality value When we reached out to Treebo support for help? No resolution, no accountability, just scripted excuses. • Hotel La Paradise is a disaster — unhygienic, poorly managed, and misrepresented. • Treebo Club is a fraudulent booking platform that promotes misleading listings, provides no after-sales service, and takes zero ownership. If you care about your money, comfort, hygiene, and dignity — STAY AWAY from this property and from Treebo altogether. This wasn’t just a bad stay — this was a mental harassment disguised as a vacation.

The hotel was good with attentive and friendly staff who made my stay comfortable. Cleanliness and services were really good.The room was fine and neat and clean and the most important washroom is also very clean. Food is good. Location is best and near to strawberry farms. Hotel staff is really kind and ready to serve.

Excellent food , v good spread for breakfast, Everything is cooked to perfection , Rooms are spacious ,staff is v helpful , It's a great place to spend quality time with family and also to pamper yourself .we enjoy in hotel . location is superb

Location is best, facility and food was best, area is neat and clean.swimming facility.room are fresh.hotel food testy and variety of food available. For small children playing area available. For photo shoot location is best . Staff is good. Service as on time, facility and room cleaning is good.

- Resort, though small, is well maintained - Rooms are very neat and clean. Everything is new - There are 3 categories of rooms: ** Deluxe Double room - where you get a private sitting area outside your room ** Standard Double room - No private sitting area outside your room. Just 2 chairs ** A bunglow is also there - which has 4 rooms. Comes for 12k I guess. Suitable for bigger groups - Hot water is available 24*7 - All rooms are on the ground floor only. So comfortable for senior citizens - Staff is very helpful and courteous - Parking space is available in front of the rooms. It's not too much. But serves the purpose - Site-seeing spots (like Venna lake, Kate's point, Lingmala waterfall) are quite close from here - Complimentary breakfast - Apart from their own restaurant "Hotel Mahadev Baug (Veg/Non-Veg)", there are many restaurants nearby (like Padharo Sa, Shivshahi family restaurant Veg/Non-Veg, Bagicha Corner, Cream corner garden restaurant etc.) - There is a swing in the lawn. It's relaxing to sit on it and talk with family members - Lawn is not that big, however it was good to sit there and enjoy the morning sunlight - One of the staff members has a cute pet Rabbit and he was kind enough to let me hold him :) - Bonfire is also available at extra cost
