歐塞爾Musee Saint-Germain附近住宿

This a more upmarket Hotel Ibis. The hotel is more spacious than previous ones I’ve stayed in. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the staff were very helpful. There is a lift to all floors. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Highly recommended.

On our outward journey to Belgium we had planned one night in the ”B&B Hotel” in Auxerre - Le Monétau. There was only one person at the reception, the room was very small, with just the bare necessities. The night was fairly quiet, but then the next morning when we got to breakfast there was practically no breakfast, not even a buffet! There was just some French bread, some butter, not even cheese or some ham, we don't want to talk further about this subject, the breakfast was below average, there was no refill, no one was present when checking out! If we compare all this with what we then offered to our guests for breakfast in our B&B, then this could be compared with a war ration! Never again an overnight stay in a B&B hotel for us.

Welcoming receptionist. Check in was in the Campanile next door. The room was clean and perfect for the one night stay. We had booked in for breakfast which was in the Campanile and had a very good choice and was buffet style. There is a fantastic Chinese restaurant a couple of minutes walk away.

Very poor experience here and certainly not up to our expectations of other similar budget hotels. Very basic. Had a twin single bed room. Beds like camping beds with uncomfortable, squeaky mattresses. Cracked basin in bathroom. Dirty shower head which sprays everywhere. Poor food in restaurant with poor service. Value for money at 89 euro is very poor. Very disappointed

This is not a dog friendly hotel at all, the staff are rude and do not understand hospitality and the place is a dump. The staff were aggressive and insulting and made me feel very uncomfortable about bringing my dog to the restaurant and in true French hospitality style they said it was MY fault and refused any kind of compensation for misleading me into thinking my dogs would be welcome. It is worth noting that my dogs go to Michelin starred restaurants all the time and are exceptionally behaved. My communications since feeling forced to leave what was a very unwelcoming situation has shown me that they are also extremely unprofessional and lack any basic hospitality skills.
