"We came back to this fabulous place after over 10 years and Anna has made it even better! She is a wonderful host, discreet and helpful and always professional. The food was very fresh and high-level but true to ingredients and excellent at all times - breakfast and dinner both!! A fabulous wine list, with many local gems to try. We ended up going to buy a few crates of our favorite from the winery directly. The room is modern, clean, spacious and welcoming with nice touches like robes and a coffee machine. You can't hear a sound - it is total peace and quiet. The common areas are inviting and calm, even at full capacity (which is not many), you feel at home and relaxed at all times. The pool area is clean and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. Our dog enjoyed the small creek and we loved having privacy even in a B&B accommodation. We were grateful for this restful escape and that even years later it is still an excellent place to come. The quality-price ratio is much appreciated and we already planning our return. Anna has really kept the charm and wonder of this great spot!!! And brought it to the next level. Merci! "

The date to cancel the reservation for free had already passed, so I contacted the hotelier so that he could proceed with the cancellation so that I could receive confirmation of the cancellation from the booking platform. He told me that it was up to me to do what was necessary, which I refused. In short, the tone rose, the manager ended our conversation. I understand the Tripadvisor ratings: 56% of reviews "horrible" and 23% "poor". I haven't tried the hotel but in my opinion it's better to move on. The manager is unpleasant and is clearly not cut out for this profession."
