Perfect location! So clean ! Right on the lake! Would highly recommend

The add was a little misleading. When I booked I saw pictures of private villas so that’s what I thought we were getting, however it was a regular hotel room. For the price it was not worth it! No free breakfast and food at their restaurant was insane expensive. With that being said they also didn’t have a microwave in the rooms. When I showered I noticed a used dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod! The weather wasn’t on our side during our trip so didn’t get to enjoy the outside pool or hot tub and the one inside closed at 9pm. I wouldn’t rebook here!

Quiet in the week - busy at the weekend ! This was a really relaxing stay . Pool and gym well appointed , bar friendly and flexible. Didn’t eat in restaurants have breakfast so can’t comment

The staff at the Lodge were all amazing and kind. Our room was clean, and the indoor pool and hot was a win for the kids. I highly recommend The Lodge when wanting to stay in Geneva on The Lake!

Your lodge was awesome. They did ask us if we wanted maid service and I said yes. The beds were only made up the first day and towels changed on a daily basis. Guess I expected the room addressed daily when they asked.

Valentine’s Day weekend trip, had issue with booking through *******, but the Lodge staff fix the problem themselves very accommodating. The lodge is beautiful rooms are spacious, and super nice! One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in for the price already planning on going back in the spring

Husband and I came for a romantic weekend. We had dinner at the Crosswinds just down the street and breakfast at the Lodge. It was a very clean room. Our biggest issues were that the heater would come on and was very loud each time and the thermostat was so bright it lit the entire room. The other most annoying thing was that there were kids running up and down the hall and banging on doors including ours. We just did not expect that from this type of a quality lodging. There were people in the breakfast dining room in their pajamas allowing their kids to yell and run around. We chose this place vs going to a cheap hotel thinking there would be some control over these kind of events. We tried to just overlook it all because we don’t often get a chance to get away. Maybe the next time we will try one of the cabin type rooms .

Rcvd offer to upgrade room. The room had two wine glasses and a bottle of wine. I was called about an hour later to state that the glasses and wine were not for us and they were going to come take them out of the room. As well this upgraded room was next to elevator and quite noisy. Luke at front desk was kind at check in.
